“There’s nothing authentic about this place. The bbq is a 100% americanized version of real Korean bbq. With that being said the food itself overall was still good and the service was good as well. The bonchon wasn’t bad and the kimchi was pretty decent. The steamed eggs were sweet when they’re suppose to be savory and the kimchi jiggae wasn’t bad. Being Korean I’m gonna be more critical than the average reviewer.“

The owner and servers were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. “Super cute place. Come as you are kind of bar. There are food vendors, gaming activities, pool, darts, wonderful people that are super chill. Legend says if you're there on a Monday there's There 2 islanders that cook amazing food...The only thing is that they show up randomly. They will post on the Second 2 None Facebook 5 hours before showing up. If you want to be there when they cook best to like this page so you can get the latest updates and last minute events and after parties.. PS. mention Alice or Ichigo referred you to the Bartender so they know. Also real men wear miniskirts if you can do that, kilts count too...“

“Totally worth the drive to fish and see Barbara when they open for lunch.. Barbara is totally awesome. Cash only don't worry. There is ATM in the back. Large food and alcohol selection. We had no problems finding a seat on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of amazing outside seating looking at the lake. Side note my friend comes here occasionally and fishes on the straight. He took me here today and we almost caught a Sturgeon together.“

“The food was good basic Italian fare. The mixed drinks are well priced but the quality could be improved. The atmosphere was okay but would be better if made a bit cozier. It's a good start for a nice family run neighborhood restaurant and bar.“

“It is such a beautiful little place. It has a cozy atmosphere. The food was fabulous. We had a party of 13. We had a wide range of delicious food. Lamb ..Chicken Filet Mignon.. Mussels .. Prawns... Sausage . with pastas spinach mashed potatoes green peppers it was all just so good. I totally recommend“

From the moment we walked in, we felt like guests in a welcoming place, after a long day of appointments, we were in search of refuge in the form of chips and salsa, a stiff drink and maybe a plate of nachos before an hour long trek back home to SF. We had the street tacos, rice and beans with chips and salsa. Delicious is an understatement! If you want awesome food, a nice place to eat, indoors or out, OR you prefer street side at a table to people watch, indoors for air conditioning, or there's ALSO - the back courtyard with shade and privacy, plenty of seating, fans for hot days or heat lamps for cold nights... “Omg! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here. We had a wonderful time. Our waiter Anthony was great! The service and hospitality was fantastic. The chef came out with the most incredible hot dinner rolls which by the way were complementary, the perfect to our wonderful dinner.... “Nice little neighborhood bar in downtown Benicia off first street. Open pretty late but still closes earlier than 2am. They have late night eats, TVs, and a happy hour menu. The bartenders were friendly and helped us with our drinks and their food menu didn’t look bad. Both indoor and outdoor space. Parking isn’t too hard as there is plenty of street parking around this area. Their starburst, gummy bear, and green tea shots during happy hour are $5 and pretty tasty and sweet.“

“This was such a wonderful hidden gem to find in Fairfield. All the fun and presence of a Benihana restaurant at a more affordable rate. We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff was kind, fun, and thoughtful, surprising us with a tempura ice cream. Our Chef was funny, skilled, and attentive. The food was on point and delicious. The drinks were great too. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend checking them out.“
