“Amazing! My wife has a gluten allergy so can’t go many places and ensure the food is 100% so not worth the risk. But here there’s no worry’s and the price of the food was amazing for the huge portions we got which we both have another meal from. It was truly delicious and made completely fresh. Definitely going back for special occasions and even telling friends who aren’t gluten free. I’m not and the carne asada fries were the best I’ve had. We live in Oceanside and they beat Ramones and Sanchos

“This bakery is hidden in a short strip of businesses. My husband and I wanted some authentic Mexican baked items. A friend found this place, and it was excellent. Everything there is made fresh and baked there. The prices are beyond reasonable. We purchased four different items and it only cost us $2.80! Everything was delicious and the man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. He explained what everything was to us. You must stop here, you will not be disappointed. I wish this place was near where we live, I'd go there every week if I could!“

I had a small get-together and I ordered a cake and they roast it with the design you ask for and what I liked they roast it as they ordered it, they don't have it there for a long time and well, I told them what flavor I wanted and they gave it to me I liked it, it was very rich, I asked for it with chocolate... But they have many flavors to choose from... I recommend them.“

“Delicious bread!…..but the girl who serves on the weekends, in the morning, always seems to be in a bad mood. Even if you greet her and say thank you, they make you feel like you are begging for alms, very despotic. I have been buying bread almost every Sunday for almost 2 years now and I prefer not to buy a lot of bread to get out of there in a hurry. A shame because one expects bad service in franchised places...but not in a small business and for the people of Escondido. For now I won't stop buying but it's the only thing they could improve for the business.“

“What a neat place and concept to get your own donuts. Very clean, well-kept place. I stumbled on this place while picking up a sandwich around dinner time. They had a lot of donuts for that time of day. The owner was there he is super nice and made me feel welcomed. The donuts tasted so good, perfect and big. I will definitely go back to this donut shop again. Anyone going to the hospital or around this area should for sure go here.
