“Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere! This was my first visit, and I had the chicken banh mi. The roll was fresh, light, and flaky, while the chicken and vegetables were both fresh and flavorful. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. My cup was religiously refilled with fresh ice water after almost every sip. I already can’t wait to return and explore the rest of the menu. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Had lunch with my girlfriend and the food was excellent! The spring rolls were perfectly good! I’ve had pho before and never really liked it, so I ordered the rice and pork chop plate for myself however, I tried her ( my girlfriend) Pho and let me tell you! I’m definitely gonna be coming and having Pho the next time! Highly recommend!
P.S o don’t usually write reviews but I had to! This place is 10 outta 10“

“It’s a small restaurant but good quality. The food is delicious & has right Vietnamese taste. For you guys who like soupy food, you should try mì Quảng or different types of bún, not just Phở. My bf is a big fan of bánh mì (Vietnamese baguette). He said this restaurant would be in his top 3 Viet bánh mì.
The price here is so affordable. You’ll be surprised like “What?? In LA, with this price, are you kidding me?”. But dont forget to take cash with you. They’re good old fashioned Viet restaurant you should try.“

“Meat was tender, noodles were plenty, and the eggrolls smacked!!! The portion sizes are generous and the prices are so fair for what you get. Also I loved the broth- so clean and delicious!! Excited to eat my leftovers later, this might be my new fave spot in the South Bay!“

“Portions, service, and quality. Nothing fancy as far as decor but the good and portions are killer. Usually I can kill a large pho at most places no problem, this place always leaves me full. The meats are fresh and not sketchy. The servers are very nice and willing to help.“

“Always hits the spot. Love the family that runs this place. It’s a neighborhood staple. Have been eating here for 5+ years now. 5/5 every time. They don’t miss.
My favorites are chicken pho, beef pho, & spicy wings.
We have sampled the whole menu.
The food is lovey, the owners are lovely, what’s there not to like about this place??“

“It was a great experience, cause we fell in love with such tasty pho bo, and owner was so kind and paid attention to details. We moved from la, so we cannot visit as often as it was before, and we miss this opportunity so much . P.s. Russian couple who were always asking for vinegar.“

“Nong La has a dedicated Canto Viet man diligently directing the back of the house day in and day out, making sure the food hits their level of comfortable consistent cuisine, which won’t exactly blow minds or taste buds, but fills an exotic unfamiliar question mark into a manageable modern meal. But there’s this really Skinny Canto Viet lady bossing a bunch of diverse ppl around… she’s kinda scary at times and fiery at times… I suspect Nong La (Nong La means Burning) was named after the hot heat came from her own… hot… …..!😉🤓🔥🥵)“

“Phorage on Overland in Los Angeles is a great spot for a relaxed meal with a fresh take on Vietnamese cuisine. The menu has a cool mix of traditional and modern dishes that are both tasty and unique. The Pho Birria is absolutely incredible. 10/10“

“I love this place! I order from here all the time and it's always great. They do their Pho Bo Vien a little different than other places. The beef balls are so good though. My only critique is when I order food to go, they dont cool the noodles down enough before putting them in the to-go container so when I get home, they are all stuck together. Still giving 5 stars just cause this is one of my favorite spots in the Westside!“

“I am glad because there are not many places around here that serve good Pho.
The soup is light but very tasty with just the right amount of salt.
It took about 15 minutes to be served.
No alcoholic beverages are sold.
Will visit again.“

“The best thing going on at this place definitely has to be the atmosphere! DiDi is just a really vibey place with dim lights and great decor. The food was good, too of course. All family style so definitely great for a group of four or more. I loved the fried shrimp, which was nicely fried, savory and sweet. For entrees, the garlic crab noodles and fried rice were really good too. The fish sauce chicken wings could’ve been better, though, as they were a bit salty. Oh, and definitely don’t skip on the veggies! They were nicely seasoned and fresh— an integral part of a meal that would’ve otherwise been only meat and carbs! Good place for a special event.“

“Smallish servings (comparing normal sizes in US), but delicious.
Very Spicy was on point and is ? (from a seasoned Thai curry eater).
Didn't include cutlery on our order which made it difficult.
They did add a free White Rice with the order.“

“I’m from the pnw, I’ve been eating pho since childhood. (If you don’t know how to eat pho please google it before you come here instead of being a weird Karen who harasses the server about walking you through the process, it’s Vietnamese food not some alien new kind of ramen that’s been invented ) ok now that that’s out the way the food is bomb! If you’re going to eat contemporary pho not made by an old Vietnamese uncle in the back then this is the place! Broth is fresh and delicious. I got the Oxtail pho and it was perfectly cooked. The vibes are great, the restaurant is small so you’re going to eat on a big family style slab of redwood that probably cost more than my education next to other people but the music and ambiance is lovely. Great attentive service. Absolutely coming back here as soon as I can when I get a pho craving in LA! Only downside is a QR code menu lol.“

“Reviews are mixed, but my experience was alright and Id give 3.8/5. The pho broth is on the sweeter side and had a lot of flavor, which I liked. The egg rolls were probably precooked or sitting under a heat lamp since it came out literally a minute after ordering. The noodles in the pho were pre-cooked and one big clump, but I was able to give it a few stirs, and it was good to go.
Overall atmosphere is dated. It's old style mom and pop. There was a worker in there playing a game or watching a drama on his phone with the speaker at max volume, so it was so distracting and annoying. Very rude to customers trying to dine.
Service was good. Orders taken promptly, and the grandma came over to check up and refill waters.“

“I love this spot! Their vegan pho and eggplant, tofu & egg rice dish cooked in a clay pit are downright delish! I can’t speak to the meat based dishes per se (I’m vegetarian) but what I can have on the menu I’ve loved 🥰 Fran was great, as was the rest of the staff. Very attentive and helpful. Thanks!!“

“I had a bowl of pho for breakfast, and it was so good. Thick cut brisket was wonderful and portion was good as well. Pho in this restaurant is northern Vietnamese style pho, broth is so flavorful and don't need to put any condiment(sriracha or hoisin but I recommend put some fish sauce for kick). FYI, this restaurant opens at 7am not 06 or 06:30.“

“The first time I came here I thought the pho broth was a bit salty, but I now live it and I thought I would share my perspective. All the food is so good and the servers are very kind and chill. The atmosphere is nice. It has nice lighting and the music is not bad.“
