I found this fabulous bakery and selected them, as I loved their story l, plus they have a 5 star rating. They were so amazing to work with and did exactly what they promised. They followed up quickly and even had it delivered to the hotel along with information and pictures on who they left it with for her birthday. “It is so hard to find really tasty gluten and dairy free treats, and Moonbird knocks it out of the park every time! I always spend far too much money at the farmer's market on tahini chocolate chip cookies, banana bread... I've even splurged and ordered a custom birthday cake in their Magic Chocolate Cake flavor for this weekend. I am so pleased that it will meet ALL the dietary restrictions of my guests! “The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.“

The staff is friendly and helpful.

There's lots of pastry options. Both savory and sweet. There are also premade sandwiches. Some are child and can be heated, and others that are served cold.
Then there are the cakes. You can order slices or entire cake. They have lots of drink options hot coffee/ tea and cold options too.

They have plenty of indoor seating as well as patio seating.

“Poul’s Bakery took our breath away , we couldn’t believe the cake we have taken pictures from we have searched the internet images and sent it to her the custom cake we wanted , and not only she made the identical one ,the taste was so delicious actually finished the entire slice, it’s rare for me to eat the whole slice, as many cakes are made with to much sugar , it overwhelms to entire cakes other ingredients, this was so perfectly balanced ,and l asked for second , so did few guests , we as host wished we ordered the bigger size , we don’t like the buttercream topping due to its excessive sugar , we ordered her soexisl topping , while you others ask no buttercream but we want Poul’s Bakery special topping we heard so much about it , sorry l don’t remember what it was called . My bad ,this Poul’s baker we also find out been around for decades as she is the second owner but uses the same original recipes. She said it’s a company secret Lol, we respect that Try Poul’s Bakery , it won’t s sidelong you and ask for a sample of their fantastic cannolis . And on the spot in events she actually make the cake front of your guests . We never tried that but people are ranting about it and went at viral with millions of views and shared ,,we saw it in her website . “They were very responsive to emails. I first filled out web inquiry and got a reply on the same day. They were booked for tasting appointment very fast so make sure you contact them early as they only have appointments available during the week Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays between 1pm and 6pm. Saturdays from 9am-4pm. The tasting appointment was an hour long and it's FREE!!! Some other places I looked at will charge you for tasting and even though the tasting charge might be deducted from final order, it made me feel much better when there was no cost to start with as wedding was already expensive. The place was a little bit hard to find since it was office-like looking from outside and I thought it was bakery-like. They have parking lot. My husband and I tried so many different favors of cake and they were so delicious. We had a hard time deciding which ones to get because we had more than three favorite. During the appointment, they also showed you what style of cake they offered and its pricing. We went with the basic so there was no add-on cost, but they can custom-make your order if you show them pictures of what you want with additional cost (and trust me the price is fair). We ended up ordering a 3-tier ice in white buttercream cake with 12" white with mango, 9" almond with cappuccino & chocolate mousse, and 6" mocha chip with rosy mauve ribbon around tiers for 100 guests for my wedding. They emailed us a week before the wedding to confirm there was no changes and the order was correct. The cake was delivered on time and was decorated with fresh flowers my florist provided on site by the delivery staff. (If you have cake topper, you can either drop it off to the shop or have it installed on site by delivery staff. Either way, you need to let them know in advance so they can make sure your cake is structurally stable for the cake topper weight.) My wedding cake looked pretty and it tasted good. I received lots of compliment from the guests. On the side note, they would charge you more if you use American Express credit card. And you only need to pay deposit on the site but they don't have online system for you to pay the remaining online. Since we didn't have cake topper to drop off and did not want to make another trip just to pay the balance, we paid it in full the same day of tasting. This would be two suggestions for improvement, but they still deserve a 5-star for their service, the quality (taste/look), and the friendly price. Ohh and did I mention that you do receive a complimentary one year anniversary cake? That's for sure a big PLUS since my husband and I were too busy to have our own wedding cake at our wedding. We are very looking forward to our one year anniversary! All you need to do is to contact them 3 weeks prior to your one year anniversary to place the order. Give them the date of your wedding and the name the order is under and they will pull up your file and place the order. Yup it's 3 weeks, not 2 weeks. They are definitely getting busier and that's how good they are! If you are still looking for wedding cake or cake for any event, this is where I would recommend.“

“I went to a new chè place last night and was disappointed. New doesn’t always mean better. So this morning we had to go check out the OG of all bakery and chè place that my aunt keeps talking about.

Boy oh boy, their avocado drink is literally the best in town. You get the rich and creamy fresh avocado not the powder mix. Had so many avocado chunks and jelly. They made it fresh. Not so sweet.

We also got a few of the cupcake size desserts like the steamed layer cake, baked taro cake, salted egg sponge cake, and pate chaud.

It’s so convenient in cupcake size to snack. $1.50 each or 4 for $6 which isn’t a deal when it comes out the same. You can increase the size on most of these items. You can order party trays of up to 80 pieces or more.

Even the pate chaud is tiny but delicious. It was evenly proportional in meat and pastry.

At first I didn’t understand how on earth a loaf of bread can cost $18 and being packaged as a gift?Well, I followed the instruction on best way to enjoy it. I finished 1/2 loaf in December and froze the other 1/2.Now it’s January, I took out the other 1/2 and let it defrost on its own over the counter, then sliced a thick slice, gently toasted and enjoyed it daily. “We stopped by after dinner around 8pm on a Friday and found a nice crowd already gathered! Churros are made fresh in their food truck, and you place your order at the stand next to it.

They usually accept cards, but their Square reader was down during our visit, so we made a quick run to the CVS across the street for cash. The prices are incredibly affordable, and for a group of four, we ordered 10 churros, 2 dipping sauces, and a buñuelo.

Everything came out warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I wish I had taken a photo of the churros, but we devoured it all before I even thought to reach for my phone—definitely check out other reviewers' pics!“
