We hav been back atleast once a week since...lol
Enjoyed the juices and paletas a lot this week cuz of temps of August 2025. Biggest variety ever seen. Nieces luvd all the choices. The soups actually helped cool us down 2. Great trick! The horchata is incredibly fresh & has quality flavor no matter the temp.

Daily soups r always delicious.tje ingredients taste so fresh. The big quesadillas r extremely tasty.
Al Pastor everything is absolute favorite!
Also the shrimp tacos are great go2 item.
If you like carnitas this is Bucket List level🪣
Staff is extremely friendly and upbeat.
Has some Patio Seats
Lots of free close parking spots & great value.

“We celebrated My Sons Birthday. We stopped for The Sunday Brunch. FOOD WAS AMAZING. we were very happy with the service. Staff was very attentive. Every few minutes would stop by and ask Us if we needed anything. Atmosphere was great, that traditional Mexican Restaurant hospitality. Then the Live Music started sang happy Birthday to everyone there who was celebrating. We wish we didn't live so far away from there. But we will definitely Be Back. Want to do dinner next. “Really good food tonight! About a 15 minute walk from Pixar Place Hotel, and worth it.
My hubs and I shared a chicken Burrito Mojado with salsa verde and their freshly made guacamole. Delicious! Miguel was the sweetest server :) He was so proud to practice speaking English with us. Highly recommend this place.“

“The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly—something we truly appreciated. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted our overall experience. The menu didn’t have prices listed, which made ordering a bit uneasy since we weren’t sure what to expect cost-wise. I ordered a wet carne asada burrito, and the composition was disappointing: about 60% rice, 10% beans, and only 30% carne asada. The flavor was decent, but it felt more like a rice dish than a true carne asada burrito. On the other hand, my wife had the birria and genuinely enjoyed it. While there were some highlights, I don't think we'd choose to return. Still, the welcoming attitude from the staff deserves recognition.“

“Great service! Meat seemed to be a bit old, maybe a few hours under the heat lamp or something, yet full of flavor. It was delicious, especially when I added the beans. TV was extremely loud. Maybe they can keep the t.v. volume on low. One worker lowered it down , and I said thank you. Another worker then highered the volume.“

“This is a phenomenal, authentic old-school Mexican eatery bursting with flavor and priced right. You best believe the two ladies behind the counter know the meaning of auténtico. My tacos were cooked to order on homemade tortillas. I dressed mine up with some toppings from the salsa bar. When I sent a pic to my dad, he said “When they have radishes it’s usually a good bet.” He nailed it.

I went with birria and carne asada. The meat is juicy and tender, with the perfect blend of spices and seasoning. The aromas from the grill made my mouth water. The condiment bar is loaded with different cremas, a tangy salsa verde with charred peppers, radish, onion, and carrot.

This is an honest-to-goodness SoCal treasure and it’s only a few minutes from the Magic Park.“

I went to the carniceria, they have a great marinade and prices are decent. It's a 20 minute drive for me but I go here often since I found it. Worth it.“
