Diner food is hard to mess up. Came to the arena for graduation. Instead of waiting in traffic we took the 10 min walk and ate while it cleared out. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was a little banged up. Bathrooms could've used some work/cleaning. Silverware and plates were flimsy. Other wise they definetlty met expectations. Family/pet friendly and out door seating.“

“Giving this place 5 stars for the food and the food alone. A lot of time breakfast food is cooked at face value with maybe some salt and pepper but there seems to be a legit chef in this iHop kitchen. Someone knows their food. It’s seasoned and flavorful. Things that are supposed to crispy are crispy and things fluffy -fluffy. I usually get the sirloin tips and egg 👌🏼. The service is a hit or miss but the service staff are usually nice.“

Given, it's not a Michelin star restaurant, but then again if that's what youre expecting then why did you come to IHOP? It's the International House of Pancakes, show some respect. 10/10 would this place is better than Denny's.“
