“Yesterday my friends and I went to your restaurant. I tried brioche French toast (banana foster 🍌 with strawberries 🍓 and whipped cream). WOW 😲! It was very delicious 😋, well-flavored, light, spongy, melt in your mouth, irresistible 😁, and heavenly 😇. I loved it 🥰. And sugar free vanilla latte, very good 😊 and comforting ☺️. Your restaurant is amazing 🤩 and peaceful. You have a great service 😃. Your employer is kind and courteous. I hope you in other occasion.“

“Good food, I got the French toast and a danish. The prices here were fair compared to the surrounding breakfast places and the service was great. I would come back solely based on the service, the gentlemen working were very nice and all greeted everyone in the building with a smile. The cafe is located in the back of the big building, super easy to find once we looked at the prior reviews.“

“Beautiful environment! The 6th &G Mocha was delicious! I also recommend the mixed berry pancakes, buttermilk pancakes, French Toast and sausage biscuit. Their choice of dishes was unusual and nice. When I walked in I wanted to get a coffee in the pink cup. Little did I know all the dishes are pink. It’s was refreshing over the standard white plates and cups.“

“I was looking for a breakfast spot with soufflé pancakes and Tappi’s Cafe popped up, so we made the 20-minute drive and it was totally worth it! The menu was super unique, and the Dubai Chocolate waffles were definitely the standout for me. It’s more of a no-frills spot but the food was absolutely delicious and the service was great too. Shoutout to Mia for taking such good care of us. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their savory dishes!“

“AMAZING FOOD! My mom started chemo today and this is where she chose to get take out from. My husband met me there to grab some food and he loved it as well. 3 for 3! This place feels so cozy. They just opened this month so if you have complaints about their interior or serving dishes, keep that in mind.
The food quality and service here is refreshing. If you want kind service and yummy breakfast at a fair price - this is it! There are tons of cafes and breakfast spots in Hillcrest but this one stands out because its like I just went to my moms or grandma's and they made me my breakfast favorites. They also have a shared lot for parking which is totally convenient!
*Editing because I went again one week later with my mom and can only do one review- side of hash browns is good for sharing (i did not share) mom got chicken and waffles and I got a chorizo burrito (also good for sharing)*“

“We had a great breakfast at Aunt Emma's Pancakes this morning! The place has a nice, casual vibe and the service was friendly and efficient.
I ordered the Eggs with Chorizo and my wife got the Spinach and Mushroom Omelet. Both dishes were delicious and full of flavor. The chorizo was perfectly seasoned and spicy, mixed beautifully with the eggs. The omelet was fluffy, packed with fresh spinach and mushrooms that gave it a really nice touch. The portions were generous and everything came hot and fresh. Highly recommended!“

“We tried the Burrito, and I had the Fish Soft Taco, which I loved. However, the beef bowl with avocado, beans, rice, peppers, and tomatoes in this shop, it felt like too much going on flavor-wise. On the bright side, we enjoyed the delicious pineapple juice. The server is nice and I asked to get another Juice and he said pay after when we are done, he told me next time. Thank you for the treat! Overall, it was a good experience at Roberto’s Taco Shop in Santee.“

The shop was very busy for breakfast service, so this tells me they are doing something right. Overall, I'd come back and get breakfast from this shop again!

“My family and I ate here on our way home from vacation. My daughter wanted IHOP. We couldn't find one anywhere. I was driving for over an hour. I'm glad we found this one. This was the best IHOP experience I've ever had. I can not remember our server name. I think it was Juan. He was awesome. He was very accommodating and welcoming to my family. The food and service was excellent. Next time I'm in that area I will definitely be going back. Check it out.“

“First time here at this location and might I say David was amazing. Great customer service and did everything with a smile and with great joy. Made my girlfriend and I feel welcomed. The food was literally amazing and the best I ever had at ihop. I would highly recommend coming her and asking for David. Won’t be disappointed“
