“I brought my girls in for breakfast after state testing and had an experience I just had to come share about... after we got our food and started eating my daughter told me she didn't like the gravy on her biscuits. I told her to just leave it and eat her eggs, which she started to do, but the chef overheard us and insisted on fixing it. You just don't see customer service like that anymore. Great place!“

“Nice place tucked in the Vons shopping center. Was excited to try Fay's diner after hearing about it. Both our dinners were luke warm. There was only one other table, so not because it was busy. I had the special, fried chicken, and it was very well done. Well done and not hot. We also order a chicken pot pie. It was not hot at all. The pie was flavorful. Service was slow and not attentive. Perhaps something was going on internally causing these problems.“

“We went there for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was clean and the food came out hot and the service was friendly and efficient. The manager Vanessa even came out and checked up on us to see if we needed anything. Definitely a great breakfast experience!“

“Not an IHOP regular, so I don't have much to judge by, but placing it against my extensive Denny's experience, this place is a delight.

Shout out to our waitress Sandra, whoever wrote in a different review she was rude must have been having a bad day, the coffee is AMAZING, with it being a new type IHOP is using, and our food was cooked with love.

Be nice to your servers y'all, these people work hard and don't deserve the hate. I'll be returning to this anytime I want to HOP into some pancakes.“
