14 Best Cafes in Vista

“As soon as I turned onto Main St., I knew this restaurant was going to be awesome.
From the sidewalk patio chairs and tables setup on the ‘curb’, to the old school decor, the paintings for sale, the classic crayons, and the age of their espresso machine (according to my barista son), this place did not disappoint.
We opened with the #1 voted Cinnamon Roll, just enough for the 6 of us. Excellent!!!
My family ordered the BigBird (BLT on toasted sourdough), a BLTA (BLT with avocado), the Monte Cristo, the Chicken Fried Steak, a short stack and mine was the Chorizo Omellette.
Once my plate landed, the aroma of the chorizo pulled me in and I was smitten.
Next time I’m in Vista, I’m eating here.

“North Coast Church Coffee House is one of the best. They serve the best coffees under the Lord’s name. The staff are always smiling, and cheerful. Thanks for a place to hang out, or have a bible study session.“

“First come, first serve. It’s a nice place. kind of tight to back into as you’ll be backing off of a small somewhat busy road. two docks, one truck unloading/loading at a time. fast crew though. you’ll be able to find parking on the side of the street, which is a nice plus.“

“I’ve had a decent amount of Pleskavica on the road and this one was decent. This one is definitely more of a plain Jane version of the classic dish. It was a bit too much hamburger patty like for my preference, just not memorable. Probably could have used some kajmak and Ajvar. The place had a decent outdoor seating area as well and friendly to dogs~“

“The place is nice, bright, and clean. They offer various salads and drinks, as well as bread. The black pepper ciabatta turned out to be a bit tough, and the pepper wasn't noticeable at all. But the tea and coffee are excellent. It's quiet and peaceful — a good spot to sit, read, or have a conversation.“

“Food is good however, I ordered my Eggs Bene pouched medium to hard they came super loose - yuck. They don’t tell you the potatoes are made with red potatoes- yuck. Lastly, the outside patio is filthy. Really really gross sticky.“
