“Great spot to get a quick eat. Burgers start at $9.99 & go up to $12.99, I believe. Service was great & the food came out super quick. I ordered the spicy smash burger. Honestly, it was pretty good.

The only change I would suggest is to substitute the regular cheese with pepper jack since it is the spicy version of the smash burger.

Also, I would lean towards ordering the curly fires with the order instead of the regular fries. The regular fries are okay, I feel that the curly fries had a lot more texture & flavor to offer that goes well with the meal.

All in all, I'd go back if I find myself in the area. They just gotta be careful in case some sea crustacean, like a Plankton, tries to steal their burger formula for himself.“

If you are adventurous try your burger animal style, better yet, make your fries animal style. You can also request protein style or with ketchup & mustard. “Our furbabies love the "pup meals" at In-n-Out. We went yesterday for our furbabies 12th birthday and had a HUGE order for their birthday party with family. Mia helped us out at the drive-thru. She saw our furbabies in the car and we told her it was their birthday and told her what we were doing. She was so amazing!! She was patient with us and our order. As we drove thru to pick up our food, she came to the window and said "hi, it’s me again" and handed us 1 of our bags, which was the food for the furbabies. Inside the bag, was a hand written note on a napkin that said "Happy Birthday". We were so touch that she went above and beyond to make our babies birthday special that we told the other employees that she needed a raise! One of our babies has a heart condition that he wasn’t suppose to be with us anymore so this gesture was so special and made our day!! Thank you again Mia!!!!!“

“This place is super great! I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid with my parents and now that I’m a parent myself I bring my kids here. The staff is super friendly and easy going. The food still taste great from there huge burgers to their asada fries and tacos 🌮 and their food is always filling so just 1 combo is enough to make you feel like your going into a food coma. “I was so happy with the breakfast omelette I had. It was my favorite in Simi and most places I have been. There was a perfect amount of ingredients and the omelette was not dry like many places. Everything was great! I look forward to going back!!“

“Even if the environment and location are a turn off, the food was worth it. I had the double cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. You are handed a heavy plate of food. The burger was hefty and the fries plentiful.

I'd definitely do the burger again, but skip the fries.“

Parking: Parking is pretty terrible here, directly in front of the eatery. Located between a liquor store and a laundry mat and it makes finding a place to park difficult.“

“Wide array of choices for burgers! Great service! We went at a time when there were only two other families eating, about 1 hour prior to closing but plenty of time to order and eat our food! The place was quiet enough that we could easily hear each other and conversation, seating was fairly comfortable with availability to dine inside or outside.
Our server, Logan, was super accommodating and welcoming while still being professional and deficient! Very accommodating in helping us with the menu and recommendations!
He helped us compromise between curly fries and truffle fries by using truffle oil and Parmesan on the curly fries! It was great!
The burgers were absolutely delicious! We ordered two burgers and just split them and each had half so that we can enjoy the experience of burger flavors that were new to us!
It was very refreshing to have a server who seemed genuinely engaged, and who definitely seemed to want us to have a good experience!
Parking was easy in a free open lot shared amongst other businesses.
The restroom was clean, as was the restaurant!“

“They turned off the music in the restaurant. It is pretty quiet, since they turned off the Muzak. Plan on spending 5-10min for indoor orders to go. Drive Thru 2-5min. EBT is currently accepted along with the normal forms of payment. I miss the background music, please bring it back :(“

“I come here usually on the weekends because the food always tastes better in my opinion. And when I do I go for the western bacon and a side of onion rings. And what I said before the food is always better on the weekends specifically at night. I always get helped by Gustavo and he does a good job to make sure everything’s perfect. So thanks to him and the chef too in the back. I always try to recommend this spot to people in town because it’s one of my favorite fast food places! Always a 10/10 for me and thanks for now starting to be open 24/7🙌“
