He was very professional with a polite tone in asking what would you like to order, he also was not aggressive in asking for any additional food choices, in which I can really appreciate. “Hello I wanted to compliment manager Jaime for his customer service and apologized mutiple times because I had order chicken pot pie with chicken wings and there was 20 minutes wait for the pie. He went beyond his scope of customer satisfaction plus giving me free order of KFC mash potatoes which is my all time favorite. Thank you again 😃“
