Starbucks in Westlake Village

“I was having a really tough day at work. I knew I needed to eat and just walked into this Starbucks. But at the counter, I just couldn’t even get words out without my tears coming. I was able to order and on my way back to work I turn my cup around and I see a note that says, “feel better, you’re awesome” I started crying more and I was thinking, I am awesome, and I can make it through the day! I made it through but just want to say, I’m not sure who the barista was that placed this note but you truly made my whole week and made me feel better. I really needed to hear those words from someone. Thank you for blessing me!“

“Very great experience here. I saw they were training new baristas which is always good news. I was unsure the drink I wanted to order, but the lovely barista Cassie asked me plenty of questions and found a perfect drink match for me. Very bubbly, quick, and efficient and she had my drink out right as I finished paying. Great improvement!“
