“After seeing this place on grun with Greg's Facebook, I decided to try it. I got the loco moco plate, island beef rib plate and the 2 for $5 teriyaki spam masubi. I enjoyed the masubi. It was pretty flavorful and well made. The island beef run was also very delicious. For the price and for 3 beef ribs, it was well worth it. The loco moco plate was also good but unfortunately there was no gravy. So I docked my review by 1 star. Loco moco isn't loco moco without gravy. Other than that, I recommend this place. Don't order online, it's $4 more online. Just order in person or see if you can call in an order.“

“First time here based on reviews and didn’t want to drive all the way up north to Matiki Hawaiian food so I came here instead. It’s very true about the portion sides. It’s actually enough for three maybe four people depending on hungry or I ordered the regular sized chicken, ribs and beef plate with rice, cabbage, and macaroni, and it was too much to eat. I threw away about a third of it. The meats were all overly sauced and a bit salty with sort of concerns me because this is how restaurants and grocery stores hide the fact that the meat is getting old or stale or whatever but they use lots of sodium and sauces to disguise the fact that the meat is going bad, but edible was too much of a mayonnaise paradise the rice was very good. The best part of the meal was actually the cabbage.“

“The most authentic Hawaii experience you can find outside of Hawaii! Not only was the storefront decorated with Hawaii themed memorabilia that made me feel at home but the service and food was A+We ordered two spam musubi ( a Hawaii classic) the Teri Mix Plate and Seafood Mix Plate.First off, everything is made to order NO food is sitting around and the food is FRESH!All the food was excellent and had amazing flavor reminding me of home! The spam musubi and Mac salad were amazing and it felt like I was still in Hawaii!I 1000% recommend this restaurant and you should definitely stop by when coming to Disneyland!P.S. “What an amazing dining experience! The service was superb—attentive without being overbearing, and our waiter made great suggestions on the menu. We started with the spam musubi, which was surprisingly delicious, and followed with a perfect plate of huli-huli chicken. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a true taste of Hawaii. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with tropical plants, soft lighting, and beachy accents. It felt like we were dining in a Hawaiian paradise. “I stopped coming here a couple months ago because of the rude cashier and decided to order today. I called to make an order to go and the same cashier Anna answered. She put me on hold and after a minute I heard it hang up, after she left the line busy because it wouldn’t even ring. It’s always the same girl giving us terrible service but that was just the cherry on top. The younger guy cashier was there when I pulled up and honestly saved it he’s very nice otherwise I’d never come back here again. Everyone at my job that comes here said the same thing too.“

“I had an amazing experience at this poke spot. The ingredients were so fresh, I almost expected the fish to swim back to the ocean. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they serve. On top of that, the staff is truly exceptional. “I stopped in on a whim to see what they had and got a Rollrrito (their Oahu) and it was phenomenal. Lots of fresh fish & all the ingredients bright, vibrant and crisp (for the veggies). I have was back there within a week as I craved their fresh, delicious food. The staff are great as went last night at 10 min before closing. They were just as friendly, nothing was packed up (pre-closing) and it was beyond delicious & hit the spot. I will be frequenting this place for a while now. I have only had the rollrrittos so far but I know everything there is all good!!!“

“This place rocks, I go here generally every couple weeks if I can and the food is always delicious. The teriyaki beef bowl is what I get most often. The meat and rice are well cooked and their sauce is one of the best I’ve had. Their portions are pretty generous and sometimes enough to save for a small meal leftover. I also often get either the kalbi or beef ribs on the side and I love both of those too.
The second you walk in you know the place is legit, there’s the sweet smoke of great barbecue in the air and the people at the counter are always so nice, I’ve never had an issue with service. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!“

“I was able to come here twice while on business. I did enjoy all the variety of toppings to the 3 or 5 protein bowl. The rice was great for the foundation.I tried the volcano 2 and spicy mayo combo and couldn't really taste the heat at all. Probably needed more flavoring. A but bland. But the bowl size and portion for 5 protein is good. 15.99. Adding an avocado baby scoop is probably worth it at 1.50 extra to give your bowl extra texture. Enjoyed the bowl. Spice up the sauces.“

“We found this place because we were in the area and gave it a chance. It's a traditional Poke spot. You write down what you want on their little menue sheet hand it to them, when it's ready you go up pay and pick it up. The food was pretty good. Tasted fresh. The dinning area was decent and clean, we chose to eat outside because thier a/c was a bit to cold for us. The service staff needs some improvements. They answer questions as if the customer is annoying them, it was hard understanding what they said because they all talk under thier breath 🤷🏼‍♀️ when asked to please repeat, they get annoyed and repeat it in a tone. Aside from that this spot is a good place for lunch.“

“First time eating here and we had a positive experience. My husband and kid both had the regular katsu curry plates and I had a regular size Loco moco. They ate their whole plates and I only ate half, trying to save room for ice cream at Afters next door. I would say I enjoyed my plate except for the ground beef patties were tough. I wish they were more tender like burger patties at fast food restaurants, but the gravy was better than all of the other local Hawaiian style restaurants around since it tasted real and not from a can or dry mix taste like other places. The macaroni salad was yummy too. Reasonably priced with generous portions, we would definitely come back to try other menu items!“

“Chose this place without expectation after hours of play time at Kid's Empire, an indoor playground nearby. We were tired and hungry and ready to grub. Guess what? THE FOOD WAS BOMB!!!My son and I shared the CHICKEN COMBO -Chicken Katsu and Chicken Teriyaki with rice and macaroni salad. Huge portion. Chicken was cooked perfectly and Mac salad was on point! I'd order it again.My husband enjoyed his SEAFOOD PLATTER -Fried Shrimp, fried fish with rice mac salad. Huge portion too. They also had boba drinks. We tried the mango slush with Boba and was a little sweet for my liking but still good.Customer service was great! “I had lunch here with a friend the other day. My friend considers this to be one of her favorite restaurants. She likes the food, and the atmosphere. I agree with her; it was good. I had the Chinese salad. It's a bed of lettuce with shredded chicken and fried wanton wrappers as croutons with a teriyaki sauce. If you are a fan of Hawaiian cuisine, this is the place for you.“
