“Food was good but customer service not so great. Our waitress Raquel needs to brush up on her people skills, smile a little more and not have such an attitude. I was afraid to ask her for more ice tea. The food was good, the ambiance great and I’d recommend but avoid this waitress.“

“Talk about OG. This place has been around and it shows. Old western like memorabilia and brick seating. Pizza is spot on with crust that is thick and crispy right out of the oven. They have a bar area for ordering drinks. You can just get a pitcher of modelo while you wait. They have an all you can fit on a plate salad bar and some arcade games for kids. Their meatball sub is fantastic too with great crispy but soft bread. Cannot go wrong with the place. Parking is tough but manageable even on street.“

Called then and they said yeah we were wondering what happened to you. Went back and for my $71 in change. So these guys not only habe great sandwiches, but they have great Honest service.“

“I had a craving for pupusas and found this place through Google Maps-and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the pupusas rancheras, which came with two huge chicharrón pupusas-honestly, the biggest I’ve ever had. They were served with a side of refried black beans, Central American-style sour cream, two sweet banana slices, and a rich red sauce that tied everything together perfectly.

Everything was absolutely delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming. I’m definitely planning to come back and will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Highly recommend!“

“It’s a very cute and small little vegan restaurant. The taco plate is small but filling. The beans were also amazing, I highly recommend. I like that there are so many protein options as well for the tacos. I chose the mushrooms since the asada and carnitas have either a soy based protein or soy sauce. I also tried the horchata and churros with ice-cream and both were DELICIOUS. Overall the vibe is sort of a blend of modern Mexican minimalism with a dash of new age and oldies music. A little loud for my comfort level—I have sensory issues especially with noise—which might have been due to the high ceiling but I honestly think if you’re not autistic you’ll be fine. The staff were all welcoming, nice and treated the restaurant like a community space. They all made an effort to get to know the customers and they seemed like very lovely people. I arrived about 30 min before closing and they kept the kitchen open for me to have desert even after hours.

Only downside is the parking situation. Very tiny driveway, with minimal spaces and some people were blocking the spaces when I got there (probably Uber Eats and door dash drivers). So you’ll probably have to park on the street. Other than that, the food was delicious and I really think I found a gem.“

“Juat visited this place and ordered 4 rolls for two of us thinking they would be normal size. But instead, each one was a meal for an average person. They were also delicious! Very impressed and will definitely return. Street parking only, and not the cleanest neighborhood but well worth it.“

“Got the Giulio sandwich. The small was still pretty big and decent price. The meats were fresh and the bread was soft. The staff was really nice.

The food can take awhile to make given it's so busy during the lunch rush. The market itself is nice for getting many Italian items like olive oil, fresh pasta and tinned fish.

The outdoor seating is nice but also next to a busy street so it can get loud.“

We shared the animal less fries, excellent. Fries stayed crispy despite the cheese and sauce. I had the buffalo chicken wrap, it was good. My wife had the southern fried chicken sandwich which was better. My son had the BBQ beyond burger, also very tasty. I would definitely eat here again. We had the Shroomday Button (Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms/ White Wine Braised Leeks / Truffle Cheese / house stretched mozzarella / shredded mozz / parsley / post oven of lemon zest. *We love to add Hobbs Sausage*). I added that delicious sausage and loved that pizza! We also had the Bloomsdale (garlicky bloomsdale spinach / hand stretched mozzarella / shredded mozzarella /pecorino / smoked ricotta / gaeta olive / za’atar / feta salsa verde)... and YUM! And we decided to try the Garden of Farms Little Gem Caesar Salad (little gems / kewpie caesar dressing / pizza croutons / anchovies / Ribbons of Fiscalini Gold / soft cooked egg). Again, tasty, tasty, tasty. Speak Cheezy sure seems to use high-end products in the creation of their pizzas and salads. Everything was top notch. That salad was so yummy with that incredible salad dressing and the jammy soft cooked egg. I want another one to eat with my lovely pizza leftovers. :)“
