From the moment I walked into Steak ’n Shake, I knew I was in for something good. The service was quick, attentive, and genuinely friendly — the kind where your server makes sure your drink is never empty and checks in just enough without hovering.

“I didn't realise fast food good be so good. We're a group of people from belgium and the UK. We don't have fast food this good, neither did we have fast food in the USA this good... yet. And the service was also totally different here than other places. The lady who served us and even brought the food to our table. All 10/10. Congrats“
“I rated it 1 star. Call before you go. They are short staffed and close at anytime. Closed at 825pm. PM Staff needs customer service training.Went back the next day. The morning crew was awesome, Great customer service! Food was great and I got my whooper wcheese finally!Edited this review.

“Unlike the McDonald's in 29 this McDonald's is awesome food is always on point on time. I don't even remember a time they have made me pull forward to wait (my orders are only 1-2 combos). I've always had amazing customer service as well!“

“Very friendly staff. Not normal these days in fast food which says something. The only reason they don’t get a 5 star is because they’re no paper towels in the restroom so you are forced to touch the bathroom door with you bare hand. Some don’t care about that but a lot do.“

“This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been in. You walk up to the counter and you don’t have to order your food with the staff. It is all computerized. This is a good thing. Customer gets great food. All hands deck on prepping and preparing food. Brilliant idea!! This comment isnt about Yucca Valley Taco Bell’s it is 29 Palms Taco Bell“

“local high school graduation was last night. our sonic on 29 palms highway got slammed. every employee was friendly and worked their butts off. the employees stayed well after closing at 10pm to serve all the customers in line at closing. they apologized many times for the wait. please praise these employees!!!“

“Every single time I come here, I am never disappointed. The best Subway out of all the locations, even down the hill. The girls working here put a lot of care into their work. “Their Pizza ? is always Fresh made and it tastes better than most other take out. They also bake fresh Brownies. You can buy them right out of the oven, 9 in a box. Also, I received a discount on my order today that paid for One box of the brownies that I bought with my pizzas.“

“Was really high and the nice lady knew and told me to take my time and ask her if there anything she can help and also suggested me if I wanted to know what high people typically get and she was just honestly really chill. Nice environment really good servings and prices and ima tell you rn your fs gonna have leftovers and really good food.“
