“I love this place. Amazing, friendly, + attentive staff, delicious tacos, yummy drinks. The atmosphere is usually a 5/5, but this summer, there have been A/C issues and they have been using a mobile swamp cooler. It's great on milder days (temps < 90). But with temps consistently in the 90s-100s this summer, the swamp cooler has struggled to keep things comfortable. Hoping the owner invests in repairing the HVAC soon.“

“I have been coming here for a little over a year now, and I have to say, it has gotten better over the past 6 months. The manager used to serve me in the morning all the time before he was the manager. Each morning I would come in a little before 6. Each time he would be cooking bacon. Between me and bacon he was always able to get me out before the bacon.“

They were set up so that my kids were welcome and I didn’t feel self conscious that they were interrupting other guests. We will be back without the kids to sit at the bar. “This is the kind of place you accidentally find and then wish you had back home. 🌮 A little food truck with big flavor! The tripa tacos were the highlight of my day!! I loved them so much I literally turned back and ordered 2 more. The brisket was tender, the steak and al pastor were bursting with flavor, and the tortillas were perfectly smothered in grasita for that authentic street taco experience. The green salsa was fresh and flavorful, while the red brought the heat. If you’re in Littleton, do yourself a favor and stop here. You won’t regret it!!“

“First off, their queso fundido is amazing! The flavors were so savory and the portion was perfect!

I had their queso birria, and the meat was extremely tender, and the consomme was some of the best I've had in the Denver area! Will be back!“

“My husband and I love this place! The shredded beef burritos are excellent and we always get them smothered in green chili and the green chili is fabulous! The owners are a husband and wife team and they are always very happy to see us and come by and let us know that they are happy to see us. Also, the margaritas are great. “Janeth helped in me in the drive through and was such a delight! Upsold me to getting chips and guacamole (thank you, they are delicious) while I tried the Muay Thai for the first time. Who ever is in the kitchen as well as Janeth needs a raise! The taco was pretty much perfect- hot, the veggies crisp while still being cooked thoroughly and just enough sauce to have everything wet without the tortilla breaking. (Would I have liked more curry sauce- yes- but I’m a sauce-a-holic 😂). Five stars overall!“

Plus a house made tortilla was just the icing on the cake. Next we tried the quesabirria taco. Hands down best thing I’ve eaten in a while. Last thing we had was the churros. I got a dulce de leche filling and my husband got just regular churros. They were both so delicious and freshly made. Everything was just so delicious we will definitely be back again.“

“My favorite breakfast burrito in Parker. Inside has crispy potatoes, plenty of egg, cheese, and meat. Perfect amount of green chile, not too dry and not pouring out everywhere. The tortilla is perfectly cooked, both toasted and soft. Julio does a great job, and I’m thankful this truck is in town.“

I could have eaten just that with my happy hour marg and been happy, but was glad I tried other menu items too. We sat outside and enjoyed the rain and great weather. It was also a lot quieter outside. We would have loved for better service- clearing tables when done, water jug refills, explaining the menu and maybe some recommendations would have made this a great experience, but was lacking.“

“Security guard Jeffery is way to aggressive and very rude. He allowed his favorite male customers to sexually harass me, when I contacted him for help he kicked me and my friends out. Very aggressive and rude protecting his own group of friends that have ‘Vip’ statue with him. He is the original organizer for the human trafficking and drugs that get sold there. Owners should definitely get rid of him he is a liability. Women be careful going there if your not in a large group, Jeffery will threaten you and even have his “sister” follow you home. Denver FBI needs to investigate this place.“
