“Hidden treasure with authentic Mexican food in Aurora, CO. Well worth a try! Reasonable and delicious! Delightful serving team, happy to explain the menu selections and quiet atmosphere! Each entree individually created! The chips are fried immediately prior to serving to serving! The salsa is light and spicy! The Aguas Frescas are fresh and tangy! Try the Jamaica or Pineapple. Fill a plate with street tacos only $2.75 each! Smothered Burritos with crisp fillings only $10.99 Order to pick up or enjoy in the restaurant. Don’t forget to try the churros made fresh before serving!“

“This place deserves its flowers. I usually call in ahead of time place my order because the line can get very long due to its popularity during lunchtime. I’ve recommended this place to family members and friends when I first tried it 10+ years ago & it became a staple of their cravings as well. The quality of everything is still amazing, the salsa bar is unmatched, & the prices are still very affordable compared to many other taco trucks/places. My personal favorites are the Barbacoa Sopes, pastor tacos, & the asada quesadilla. You can’t go wrong with anything here, everything will have you wanting more! Specifically this Tacos Selene & La Calle Taqueria off of Alameda & Tejon, & Tacos Sarabia off 56th & Joliet are the best tacos you’ll find in the Denver metro area. (Coming from someone who’s tried at least 40+ taco spots lol)“

“Sabor has great food. So far I have only had breakfast from there and it’s been great every time. I will be a regular customer for sure. Food is always hot! Staff is friendly. It’s not a very busy place as it should be! The quality is great especially for the money.“

“It is better to play more variety of music, not just agricultural music. They can alter with some rock.
Parking: There are more places to park.
Kid-friendliness: With the music they play lying down or it's music for children. Very bad music.“

“Best mexican food ever...for those with negative comments your taste buds have left you for someone else:) The refried beans are made from scratch along with all their menu items taste amazing. There's a fantastic assortment of menu items you can't go wrong with. Serving sizes are generous, and if you have room definently try the fried icecream! Been going there for 20 plus years, and never been disappointed!!!“

“My husband and I love this place! The shredded beef burritos are excellent and we always get them smothered in green chili and the green chili is fabulous! The owners are a husband and wife team and they are always very happy to see us and come by and let us know that they are happy to see us. Also, the margaritas are great. We recommend coming here and we will be back!“

“I had the 2 amigo breakfast burrito. Eggs, potatoes,,Sausage and chorizo. The seasoning was good for medium spicey. Place was clean and cashier is knowledgeable. I just wish it was gushing with green Chili sauce. Not sure if they offered. The Pic above breakfast burrito show covered in green sauce on menu board. But, not in the breakfast burrito. $8.67 total out the door. It's at least a 1.25lbs of burrito. Plenty until dinner. I will be back but ask about it being smothered.“

“I have never reviewed a restaurant before because I’m super picky and prefer staying quiet as everyone’s tastes buds are different. I will say we aren’t food critics, we are just people who enjoy really good food.
But we came here to dine in the other day for the first time and it was amazing! The service was top tier, the lady behind the counter was friendly and patient with us. We would come back just for her!
The restaurant is super clean and cozy. Now onto the food - we ordered 2 bottle sodas, tacos, a tamale and a steak burrito. Wow just wow! The salsa was fresh and I loved that you can use as much as you wanted. We have gone to many Mexican establishments, but this one blew us out of the water. We have finally found our go-to spot!
We enjoyed our dine in experience and food so much that we ordered delivery the next day and ordered the same items but with more volume! We can’t wait to go back to try more items!“
