“Been to this nice restaurant many times and it’s always first class. Tonight my wife’s chicken was excellent. The wine was great. However, the Manhattan steak was not so good. The one that was brought out was extremely tough and even hard to cut into. Our lovely server offered to bring out a new one but I said I would fight through it. To her credit, she insisted on bringing out a new one and I asked for it to be Medallion cut. The replacement came out and should have been medium rare, but when I laid out the cuts it was simply very rare to raw with lots of fat as well. I simply refused to eat it and told her to just take it off the bill. To my surprise the wonderful Manager Dana immediately came over and admitted that they failed on the steak. He explained that they usually get great cuts from the provider, but recently not so much and he actually called the owner and told him they simply can’t be offering this kind of steak as this was not the first bad cut he has seen this evening. Dana did not charge me for the steak as well as the wine and offered a free desert. Dana did exactly what I’d expect a Manager to do in this caliber of a restaurant and that alone makes me want to come back again whichever we will do so!“

“I live in Avon and Northside is one of my go to places. They have a fantastic happy hour with Kat at the bar. Not only does she pour a great cocktail, bit is attentive and on the ball. She knows how to keep her customers happy. They should be thrilled to have her. The drinks are prefect and the food yummy. Better than most over the top expensive places in downtown Vail.“

“Excellent meal at Juniper last night. Scallop appetizer was excellent as was the Halibut. Had a glass of California bubbly that was as good as most champagnes I've had. Nice wine list but only had a glass as I was solo. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice patio out front but not quite patio weather. Will be back next time through Edwards!“

Everything was delicious - the fish, in particular, was of the highest quality. All in all it was a really good experience- we will certainly return next time we visit Vail.“

I started with the octopus appetizer. The octopus itself was cooked perfectly, tender with the right bite, and the overall flavor profile was delicious. The only element that felt unnecessary to me was the black beans. They distracted from the dish rather than adding anything essential, so I removed them. Aside from that, it was excellent, and the avocado slices added a great creamy texture that worked beautifully with the octopus.

For my main, I had the burger, and it was exactly what you want from a place like this: very fresh, high quality ingredients, and meat cooked perfectly. It is the kind of burger that feels elevated without trying too hard.

“We had a great experience at Garfinkel’s, thanks largely to our server, Megan. She was friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed without being overbearing. We sat on the patio such a great choice and the food was outstanding! We enjoyed the chili, hot chocolate, nachos, and an IPA, all of which were excellent. Megan not only gave spot-on menu recommendations but also shared great suggestions for things to do around Vail, which really enhanced our visit. Wonderful service and a perfect place to relax. We all ordered different dishes and everything was delicious. I really liked the Norwegian Salmon, others enjoyed fish tacos, chicken sandwich, cobb salad, tuna poke bowl and seafood spagetthi.
