Starbucks in Boulder

“Best service in a Starbucks we have ever gotten!! Kacey (sorry if I spelled it wrong… maybe it’s Casey) was sooooo amazing! She went about and beyond to help us get the Colorado coffee mug my husband really wanted before we left to go back to KS. She was so nice and acted like it was nothing but her kindness was something we truly felt like was a treasure! Also, Victoria mad my iced shaken espresso and I realized I forgot to ask for it with almond milk and she, without hesitation, made it for me again but with almond milk. It was totally my mistake but she showed me the same kindness which just made my day. Also it’s the best iced shaken espresso I’ve ever had!!!! Thank you all for being so amazing in there and there was another guy who helped us that was super sweet too I’m sad I didn’t catch his name. Thanks again, we really appreciate the incredible customer service and the profound service skills you all possess!! ❤️❤️“

“Personally, I love this store. The workers work so hard to keep up with the multitude of customers in this area while battling a very minuscule schedule. Everyone keeps a smile while maintaining an over load of work and I appreciate every worker in this store!“

“There is a new store manager who really cares about his staff and the customers that come in. And finally someone who isn’t afraid to tell people if they need to leave due to them being improper or talking profanity. It really makes me feel more comfortable especially when I am with my kids. “It's Starbucks, it's a kiosk cafe, nothing surprising here. Under Covid conditions Safeway can usually spare one person to run the cafe, so expect a wait in most circumstances, especially under busy conditions. Food and coffee no better or worse than other SB locations.“

“This Starbucks is excellent! My favorite location in Boulder. Friendly staff, and a constant attention to detail. The new Taylor Swift album was playing from beginning to end. Thank God, such a good album. They ran out of TP in the restroom due to a late delivery truck, and graciously let me into the staff restroom.Give everyone a dollar and half raise ASAP.“

“Stopped at this Starbucks in the University of Colorado Boulder UMC on a Sunday afternoon for some tea. There was a little wait while they finished making up the drink for the previous customer (odd as there were two or three people working so why was the person taking orders also making up the more complicated beverages?). They finally finished and got to our order - a simple serving of tea. It didn't take them long to make it up so it was almost ready to go by the time we finished paying. Overall, not the fastest service we've ever had at a Starbucks, but still pretty fast, and the workers were friendly, so still a good place for coffee or tea and maybe a snack.“
