“I am a group travel specialist & retreat leader and I brought a group of 10 women to the Blue River Bistro in September. We had a diverse group including a vegetarian, a vegan, someone with a nut allergy and several that preferred high protein options. These women travel regularly and are real Foodies. The food, the staff and the environment were perfect. I couldn't be happier that I brought my group here. Personally, I had the special, perfectly cooked hanger steak over garlic polenta with a mung bean and Brussels' sprout salad. Yum! Our server was incredible. “A small hut just off of downtown Breckenridge. Don't let the appearance fool you. They make some fantastic food.

We showed up an hour before close and all they had left was chorizo. I happen to enjoy chorizo so I can't complain, but if you do want more choice, make sure to come earlier.

I'm not a good judge of whether it is authentic, but the breakfast burrito I ordered was fantastic.

Do note that there is limited outdoor seating, so be prepared to get to-go. And the parking at the back of the lot under the signage is $3 an hour.“

“My wife and son did a tasting there. I only tried one of the dry reds. It was very good. We were supposed to get a shipment from there after joining the wine club, but somehow that never happened. I would recommend this winery due to uniqueness , it's wines and the ambiance of it all. We've gone wine tasting from Tenerife to Maui and many places in between. This was a cool one.“

Large portions , fresh , delicious, and great service . They take the time to do it right and feed you well .“

“My wife, son, and I have dined here once. It was my for my wife's birthday and we couldn't' get a reservation into Der Fondue Chessel on top of Keystone Mountain. It was not crowded, the food and atmosphere was okay but nothing to die for. Since we were almost the only customers and it was my wife's birthday, they definitely could have done a lot more. We're willing to give them another chance but they really need to work a lot harder to get repeat customers. That would go a long way.“
