“I love the people that make up this Starbucks. They have played a huge part in getting my daughter to school every morning. I can’t thank them enough for making her breakfast every morning. We started doing this when Kylie was having issues with bullying at school. I couldn’t get her out of the house with out tears. Now every morning we pick up Starbucks. I pre order it, she jumps out of bed and gets ready, we swing in, see some of our favorite people and she eats on the way to school in highlands ranch. “My toddler knocked over their entire mug display and broke several mugs. I was mortified. They were SO understanding and were amazing about it. They only cared whether he was hurt or not. They then proceeded to offer me free coffee because it was my birthday. Who does that? Only amazing, genuine, kind people. They could have gotten angry, kicked me out. But they chose compassion. Five thousand stars for them.“

“This will FOREVER be the place I will go to and Highly recommend to everyone. I was having such a horrible day b/c of rotten rotten customer service from a local Lab drawing place in CR for my 5yr old granddaughter. So to make my day better I went to Dutch Brothers where their service is so awesome. I decided since my day was so bad that I would pay for the car behind me and make their day better. However, the person worked there so that wasn’t possible. Anyway, I gave my order and then was asked how my day was. I got teary and was telling her about it. The girl was so very sweet and said I gotcha. I said ok, do I just pay at the window? She said no I gotcha. OMGosh!!!! I can’t explain how much that kindness meant to me. Then I get to the window and 3 people said, “we love you, anytime you’re having a bad day you just come through and we will help you.” Who does this??? Thank you girls SO MUCH!!!! “Really cute location with and assortment of different drinks and customization. Like starbucks but more boba and refreshers. I got the matcha milk tea, added boba with 0% sweetness (yes! you can customize your sweetness) and was pleasantly surprised by the jasmine milk tea base they use. Signed up for the rewards got 15% off my very first order. I will be returning! Almost forgot to mention but they have a mini counter top shop with the cutest little charms and merchandise! 🌸🐼“
