“Great food and drinks. Inconceivable!“

“We were staying at the Mining Exchange (but you don't need to in order to access the bar), and wanted some drinks before we had dinner.

Service was friendly and attentive (on a Tuesday night) and the house cocktails we had were both excellent. I had a Frida (Kahlo) Flame, a lovely Old Fashioned variant with chocolate bitters and jalapeno -- zingy but well-balanced. My wive did the (Monique) Chism Spritz, a tequila / prosecco cocktail that included not-overwhelming peach.

They also do light food fare, which we did not try.

Seating is in the lobby of the MX -- lots of wood, lamps, and a hodge-podge of comfie chairs and sofas. Elegant, homey, and enjoyable.

The drinks aren't cheap, but we enjoyed them a great deal.

Net-net, we plan to visit more times during our trip -- and might go out of our way to visit again should we be in the Springs.“

“I had a great experience at Bloom. Despite having a bad date experience with the person I was with y'all made sure to go above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. There are so many different drinks to choose from including mocktails. I enjoyed hearing the staff sing karaoke 🎤 and when I return by myself I'm definitely signing with them 😆😍 I also wanted to mention the bathrooms were super clean! I find it when I go out sometimes the bathrooms cleanliness isn't always on par and Blooms restrooms are so clean they don't even feel like normal restrooms. “District Elleven is a total vibe—moody, modern, and tucked just off Tejon in downtown Colorado Springs. We stopped in on a Tuesday and were pleasantly surprised to find happy hour running from 4pm to close (yes, all night!). The Drink of the Week was a total standout—The Myagi Blossom, made with gin, Aperol, honey lavender, and lemon, topped with boba. Light, balanced, and not too sweet—just right. It was fun, creative, and refreshing. We sampled several small plates and honestly, they were more generous than expected. Highlights: the perfectly crispy arancini, the hummus plate (topped with caramelized onions and served with warm bread, carrots, and cucumbers—my personal favorite), patatas vovo (a delicious spin on a classic), and the artichoke de fritas, which were divine. For cocktails, the Sazerac had a bold nod to New Orleans—traditional with a whisper of absinthe that hit all the right notes. I ended the night with a dirty vodka martini served with blue cheese-stuffed olives—beautifully done. We also shared an affogato for dessert, which was the perfect finish. Service was also top-notch—our server handled both the bar and our table with ease, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. This place is a gem. Whether you’re just out for drinks or looking to graze and linger, District Elleven nails the ambiance, flavors, and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Came for the tapas, love tapas. This place was very solid- nothing special but scratched that itch. The paella is by far the best. The barbacoa polenta and garlic shrimp were very much so run of the mill. The chicken coquettes are awesome but ours were severely undercooked and quite cold in the middle- we had to send back. The wait staff was nice but seemed to be pulled in every direction at once leaving the service a bit sub par for cocktail and priced menu and this magnitude. Hoping these are just opening hiccups that get ironed out moving forward. We have tried it twice now, and would like to come bring friends and family here with us.“

“Wow, what a great place! We went there yesterday for the first time & was greeted by the owner, Dave. So super friendly & fun to talk to! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere & music is awesome & our server (Chris) was phenomenal! This is a place we will return to over & over! We also got a bottle of Lebowski’s Kool-Luah Coffee Liqueur, after tasting it - whoa!!! It was absolutely off the hook - unbelievably good! 😋“

“Found this place because I wanted a place open after the end of my shift at midnight. Such a laid back vibe. great cocktails and extensive list of spirits. The kitchen was closed, but the menu looks intriguing. Definitely recommend. Definitely will return.“

“One of my favorite little neighborhood spots! Great staff, always very friendly. And some great drinks I just tried the “don’t drink the yellow snow“ on their specialty cocktail menu, it’s made with a local distillery’s Rocky Mountain Sunshine vodka - which is lemon and wildflower honey. So good! The breakfast burrito is served all day, and it’s delicious. Very much recommend this place.“

“Our brunch experience was one of the best of my life! The Bloody Mary’s were sooooo good - and the food even better. My husband got the Eggs Benedict and it’s the best he’s ever had! I got the pork belly hash and it was the BOMB. But what made me happiest was the butter and honey jam that came with my toast. That’s the best I’ve ever had!!! We absolutely loved this place. “Absolutely the best Mexican food in Colorado! Stopped at their new location on Sinton Rd and it was delicious. The owner and his son were extremely nice and everyone was friendly and very welcoming. The carne asada was mouth watering delicious and the seafood chimichanga was amazing. We had the fried ice cream for dessert and it was melt in your mouth satisfying. We will definitely be going back as often as we can!!“

“Why only 4 stars is because due to the presentation of the food ie... bag (VERY MESSY TO EAT FROM), the slices of sausage still have the casings on which makes the sausage tough & chewy. Our waitress was GREAT! They made the Calamari Perfect! Shrimp was over cooked.“
