“We were staying at the Mining Exchange (but you don't need to in order to access the bar), and wanted some drinks before we had dinner.

Service was friendly and attentive (on a Tuesday night) and the house cocktails we had were both excellent. I had a Frida (Kahlo) Flame, a lovely Old Fashioned variant with chocolate bitters and jalapeno -- zingy but well-balanced. My wive did the (Monique) Chism Spritz, a tequila / prosecco cocktail that included not-overwhelming peach.

They also do light food fare, which we did not try.

Seating is in the lobby of the MX -- lots of wood, lamps, and a hodge-podge of comfie chairs and sofas. Elegant, homey, and enjoyable.

The drinks aren't cheap, but we enjoyed them a great deal.

Net-net, we plan to visit more times during our trip -- and might go out of our way to visit again should we be in the Springs.“

“I had a great experience at Bloom. Despite having a bad date experience with the person I was with y'all made sure to go above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. There are so many different drinks to choose from including mocktails. I enjoyed hearing the staff sing karaoke 🎤 and when I return by myself I'm definitely signing with them 😆😍 I also wanted to mention the bathrooms were super clean! I find it when I go out sometimes the bathrooms cleanliness isn't always on par and Blooms restrooms are so clean they don't even feel like normal restrooms. “District Elleven is a total vibe—moody, modern, and tucked just off Tejon in downtown Colorado Springs. We stopped in on a Tuesday and were pleasantly surprised to find happy hour running from 4pm to close (yes, all night!). The Drink of the Week was a total standout—The Myagi Blossom, made with gin, Aperol, honey lavender, and lemon, topped with boba. Light, balanced, and not too sweet—just right. It was fun, creative, and refreshing. We sampled several small plates and honestly, they were more generous than expected. Highlights: the perfectly crispy arancini, the hummus plate (topped with caramelized onions and served with warm bread, carrots, and cucumbers—my personal favorite), patatas vovo (a delicious spin on a classic), and the artichoke de fritas, which were divine. For cocktails, the Sazerac had a bold nod to New Orleans—traditional with a whisper of absinthe that hit all the right notes. I ended the night with a dirty vodka martini served with blue cheese-stuffed olives—beautifully done. We also shared an affogato for dessert, which was the perfect finish. Service was also top-notch—our server handled both the bar and our table with ease, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. This place is a gem. Whether you’re just out for drinks or looking to graze and linger, District Elleven nails the ambiance, flavors, and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Wow, what a great place! We went there yesterday for the first time & was greeted by the owner, Dave. So super friendly & fun to talk to! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere & music is awesome & our server (Chris) was phenomenal! This is a place we will return to over & over! We also got a bottle of Lebowski’s Kool-Luah Coffee Liqueur, after tasting it - whoa!!! It was absolutely off the hook - unbelievably good! 😋“

I was extremely surprised to not see classic speakeasy type drinks on the menu like a bees knees and French 75/76 (my favorite and what we tried to order). April was wonderful and tried her best to make us a cocktail that would be similar and didn't charge us for them. They didn't even have champagne.. Crazy. The drinks they did offer all seemed too sugary.“

“Wow is all we can say! It's been a while since we have been to White Pie & man are we glad we paid them a visit! They literally knocked everything out of the park! Every item we purchased was delicious & our server Ella was absolutely incredible! We got the buratta, meatballs, broccolini, Brussels, Fromage a Trois, Lasagna, Wagyu burger, and blueberry lavender cannoli for dessert! “Small inside, can get crowded when weather isn't nice enough to open outdoor seating. There is indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. Foods good, small menu but the whole place is small so it makes sense. Great cocktails and lots of vegan/vegetarian options. Vibe is chill and daily specials on the whiteboard keep it fresh. Its a cool little place.“

“Our brunch experience was one of the best of my life! The Bloody Mary’s were sooooo good - and the food even better. My husband got the Eggs Benedict and it’s the best he’s ever had! I got the pork belly hash and it was the BOMB. But what made me happiest was the butter and honey jam that came with my toast. That’s the best I’ve ever had!!! We absolutely loved this place.
