“I have recently moved to Colorado. And I am surprised to see that this Starbucks has received so many negative reviews. If you want to see unfriendly, stuck up snowflake baristas, I suggest you go to California. The crew that I observed at this location ALL we're hardworking and ALL we're friendly and customer focused.Coming from an era where you could go to a tabletop counter and order a nickel cup of coffee to seeing a cup of coffee be over $5 I think people need to get a perspective on what exactly the services that they are looking for.“

“Pit stop on our way from COG railway tour to Denver. The barista was very patient - not just with us but also with the older couple in front ordering multiple drinks. Place was empty- clean and had ample seating. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner.“

“The staff is so nice. I was shy to ask his name. A tall barista with glasses, I asked him to warm up my sandwich again. He just treated me the new one because he said if he reheat the old one it won’t be tasty.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to this Starbucks! I order here almost every day (yes, I admit, it’s an addiction!). At one point, my app switched from my name to my husband’s, but the team still always recognized me and got my order right.

Yesterday, my sister placed my order through her app since she was picking it up for me. Even though it was under a completely different name, they still knew it was my order, verified that it was dairy-free, and even wrote “hello” to me on the cup!

That kind of attention to detail and personal touch is rare. This team truly goes above and beyond—not just doing their jobs but providing excellent customer service and making customers feel genuinely valued. Thank you to the amazing team at this Starbucks!“

“I come here weekly since I work nearby and always have a good experience. Just wanted to leave a review today about the young barista guy with white hair. It was pouring rain and I couldn't find any umbrellas for sale in Target, so he gave me a piece of cardboard to use as an umbrella so I could run back to work ? thank you!“

“It was good. A little slow considering they weren't busy. As a coffee place with a drive through they should maybe take some notes from the Dutch Bros down the street, maybe that's why they're always busy and you're not.“

“Every starbucks is the same in my opinion. Customer service is always good and overpriced drinks taste amazing. I tried the iced shaken espresso with a shot of caramel, not bad if you need to wake up. I also got the strawberry refresher with no water and no ice. Apparently they are jumping on the (no ice means pay more $) bandwagon, which I am not happy about. The drink is mostly Ice and water. They will continue in the mean time to let customers buy the refresher with no water at least. Depending on the size you get, you can make several drinks by adding your own water.“

“I had been coming here for about two-ish years. Today I went in as usual, sat down to do my work. Within 5 minutes someone came over from the back and said can I get you something. I responded not at the moment. She said ok with our new policy if you are going to hang out here you have to order something. Mind you, I always order something whenever I come in just not within the first 5 minutes. It’s usually after an hour or two. I also tip the baristas between $2-$10 depending on the day. I usually don’t order anything that is more than $5.

To the Starbucks owner…this encounter can be verified via your camera system. I walk in about 9:35a on 7/7/25. I sit right across from the counter by the bathrooms. Shortly after she comes over.

Edit-Someone told me that this is a new policy for all Starbucks that was rolled out in January to combat homeless people using their facilities. I definitely understand that. I’ll probably stick to the Starbucks that remember me and know that I’m a paying customer.“

“Pretty standard Starbucks cafe — coffee and espresso drinks are consistent with what you'd get at any other cafe. They make a great caramel macchiato. Their mobile app makes ordering and paying super easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Kind of a small cafe, so can get a little crazy when busy.“

“I love this Safeway because the workers are the nicest, but some of the Starbucks employees are kind of rude and snippy. One time I asked for an iced venti matcha and I could see the iced venti cups through the glass and the worker told me the couldn't do that size iced, mind you i buy this every time i go there, so I got a hot coffee but also there is this one girl who is super sweet and works two jobs there and she is always the nicest to order from.

“This Starbucks is small but efficient. The employees are all very friendly. I have never experienced any issues with customer service or quality and have been coming here for over a year and a half.

Parking: The parking lot is a bit chaotic.“

“Location is great, easy to get to off the Main Street. Although it was busy the baristas pushed the orders out in a timely manner. Barista at the POS was friendly as all the other workers were. Store is clean. Can be loud so we our group sat outside.“

I understand when it gets busy it's harder to clean in between orders but I think a quick swipe with a Sani wipe could make a huge difference. Went in this morning and there was water slowly making it's way onto the handout counter from the rinse sink. Otherwise the baristas are great and the lobby is clean!“

“I had given up on Starbucks until I started getting my coffee here. About a year ago caramel macchiatos started tasting bland, I think it was the caramel they started using. Then I started getting other drinks like white mochas, salted caramel mochas, or frappecinos but it was always hit or miss, and when they were 'good' they were still just okay. This place never fails me. Anything I get is amazing, full of flavor and you can actually taste the coffee. I actually like the caramel macchiatos there too. The staff is always great and it is convenient so going there is a no brainer for me. I wish all Starbucks served their coffee like this place.“

“The team at this location is amazing. I’ve been going to this store on my way to work pretty consistently and they haven’t let me down yet. Very kind, a pleasant interaction at the start of my day. Never too bad of a wait time either! Dasia remembered my name in no time and is super sweet. The service quickly made me a regular, and the rest of the staff keeps me coming back! Not to mention my notes and doodles I receive on my coffee make me smile everyday!“

“Took me way too long to write this. This store is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff are friendly and eager to serve with a smile. The management has established a great environment for customers and the staff and it shows! Unparalleled customer service. The manager is very responsive to all aspects of their store. The drinks are of the highest quality and if they should happen to make a mistake it is corrected on the spot. If you are a Karen, I find it hard to believe you can complain about this place but go ahead and try. If I could give more stars I would.“

“Came here on a snowy day for a warm drink and breakfast sandwich. My favorite flavor is Carmel Brule and since it's seasonal I try to get it while I can! I'm not a big coffee drinker so I got it as a steamer and it was perfect! So sweet and warm! I also got the bacon, egg and gouda sandwich, I love how the bacon pairs with the gouda cheese. It was brunch time when we came, so happy they still had plenty of breakfast sandwiches and the service was so quick! We did drive through and they made our drinks so quickly. This a good location, doesn't seem super busy.“

“I go to this location pretty much every weekday. Service is always fantastic, and my lattes are always perfect. Khaled (not sure if I spelled that right) is very personable and friendly, and always greets me by name when I pull up to the drive-thru order box.“

“After shopping in Target, I became parched and decided to get a drink at the Starbucks inside Target. There was a line due to only having 2 people working, so one is taking orders, and one is making drinks. The convenience is the reason I stopped.My favorite drink is the mango dragon fruit refresher, so sweet and hydrating. I get it made with water, not lemonade, because I like tasting the mango. There is some caffeine in the drink, so it also perks me up, but definitely not as much as their coffee drinks. The dragon fruit has no flavor, but I like the crunchy texture because it's freeze dried, and it is what makes the drink pink.Because it's inside Target, the seating area is small, and it's loud, so I wouldn't recommend working here, but if you need a pick me up before or after shopping, it's the perfect stop.“

“The girls at this Starbucks, located inside Safeway, are always so great. Fast ,friendly, nice ,professional! They should all get a pay raise !!! I was very disappointed ,that their cappuccino machine was down ,the repairman was trying to fix it ,unfortunately I couldn't get my latte ,hoping it will be fixed soon and wondering why Starbucks can't afford to put another machine in there . “I have been to many locations in my day and this location I had doubts about. But let me tell you... I'm impressed by everyone working there. Sunday mid morning crew was fast efficient pleasant. “I originally went to the Starbucks on Interquest and ordered vente hot matcha latte tea with Almond milk. Well when I finally tasted my tea, it was very watered down and they did not put in enough matcha powder. I drove to Stetson Hill Starbuck near my home and they remade my tea free of charge. Which was AMAZING! Thank you for the great service.“
