The performance was so good I had to leave and come back for my car? definitely recommended“

Honestly one of the best eating experiences I've had at DIA, not sure why Snooze is packed in the morning with a waiting line when this place is is the same terminal. “Literal perfection!!! Got the pulled pork Carolina and it was gone in 2.5 seconds!! Brussel sprouts and jalapeño Mac n cheese were great too. Only thing I regret is not ordering more meat options!! Prolly a good thing I don't live around here or else I'd be there once a week! Sat at the bar and the bartenders were super friendly! Everything came out really fast too. “My husband and I drove from Cheyenne, Wyoming after seeing a mouth-watering Instagram ad — and holy brisket, was it worth it.

We ordered enough food to feed a small militia: brisket, pork belly, pork ribs al pastor, Texas sausage, pit beans, mac and cheese, and Mexican key lime pie. Every bite melted in our mouths like a slow-motion food commercial. The sauces? Absolute fire. The pickled veggies? Spicy perfection. The Jamaica agua fresca was so good we didn’t even bother trying it with lemonade like Joseph — cashier, pit boss, and certified BBQ hype man — suggested.

Joseph and the crew were ridiculously nice, making us feel like regulars even though we were clearly out-of-towners on a meat pilgrimage. Despite the windy day, the patio was perfectly shielded, music was rolling, and a band was setting up — but we had to head home before the show (our only regret, besides not ordering a second round of pork belly).

“This is a pretty neat place. It's a collection of businesses in a neatly organized way. BBQ, concert venue/bar, t-shirt printer, woodworker, blacksmith, gym, and more. Real eclectic mix. Lots of colors on the buildings help make the space more inviting. Many of the buildings have super high ceilings with very pretty wood trusses; cool architectural feature.There's a parking lot that runs down the middle, in between the rows of businesses, and another lot on the south side.“

“Listen, idk whats up with these other orders/reviews, but I found BDHB, last night after coming home from a late shift. I wasn’t expecting much, I was just starving. Let me tell you, it was FIRE. Amazing. I ordered the bbq chicken plate and a side of fries. Very basic, but it has restored my faith in Hawaiian bbq in Colorado (iykyk). I WILL be ordering again and I WILL be recommending. It was truly delicious (I’m currently eating my leftovers for breakfast).“
