“Do not miss this small gem near downtown Denver! Whether your knowledge of tea is extensive or very basic, the staff seems happy to help you find a brew you'll like. I enjoyed my first matcha, alongside an absolutely delightful salmon sandwich. Allow some time to browse the eclectic book selection, and just enjoy the vibe.“

“I’ve been coming here since I first moved to Denver in 2017, and it’s always been consistent! The pastries used to be a little bit better but that’s OK. I’m here for the coffee. I really appreciate that they are open until 5 PM. It used to be my favorite spot for sober dates.“

“Dropped by on a busy Sunday afternoon with my sister. She got a tiramisu cafe and added flan I ended up getting a strawberry matcha with ube cold foam and flan. Overall the place was busy parking was a little hard to find I would drop by during the week. We roughly waited about 15 minutes give or take. The drinks were delicious the only thing is the flan tasted more like instant boxed flan. Regardless it was good and for being busy we got it in a timely manner . The space for waiting is not big so it was super crowded I will definitely be back when I’m in the area to try other matcha flavors.“

“An amazing experience. Food and tea options are so good! You get only 1.5 hours and then have to leave, but that was an okay amount of time for us. We sat for quite a bit before ordering, and getting bill back after we gave them our payment. But they didn't push us when our time expired....I think they knew they were slow to get to us, which we appreciated. Once you receive the tea and food, they were great about refilling hot water, sandwiches, etc. We did 2 of the standard or classic and 2 of the signature. I would recommend doing the classic, as the signature wasn't worth the extra cost we didn't think. AMBIENCE is gorgeous. Loved the holiday decorations and appearance. Manager was constantly moving around to be sure we had what we needed!“

“I come here every single year on the same day for my first date anniversary! They've even accomodated our whole family on our wedding day at their other location! I've always loved them since they first opened. The service & ambiance is always top notch. Their Vietnamese coffee is tasty, with a mix of spices! One of my fave coffees in Denver.
I do think expanding to 3 locations after all this time has maybe created a level of quality control that can't be helped.
Unfortunately, it's hard to come as often now because the food has changed significantly since the beginning. The menu itself hasn't changed, so we order the same things almost every time. Their congee which used to be balanced & complex is now heavily salted/inedible (we bring it home & make a huge pot with it and still can't reduce all the salt.) Their duck fried rice is mainly oil now, and the rice soaks it in, becoming soggy. This has been the case the last few times we've stopped by or brought friends.
Their chilaquiles is still consistently enjoyable, alongside the breakfast burrito. It's just a shame a lot of the Asian brunch items that made them a standout before are no longer good.
We'll still come every year, same as always since it has such a big piece of our hearts, and hopefully the food will get back on track someday.“

“It’s truly hard to capture the essence of Onefold. I just moved to Denver from Miami… needless to say I have been extremely disappointed by the food scene here in CO. I have tried many highly ranked and renowned restaurants in the area and they just miss the mark or lack consistency. This can’t be further from the truth when it comes to Onefold. I saw the owner here today walking around and although I didn’t get to chat with her it was beautiful to see her dedication to this craft. The food is organic, seed oil free, carefully curated and out of this world. As someone who loves food and was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, I know good quality when I see it and my belly sure knows if I made a mistake. I have never felt anything but fueled after leaving Onefold. Every dish I have tried has been unbelievable. The flour tortillas taste like a pancake/ crepe which melts in your mouth. The eggs are perfectly cooked. The potatoes cooked in duck fat are delightful. I can’t wait to try the OJ and crepe later this week. Thank you for giving me a place that feels like home, like health and like happiness here in my new place!❤️“
“Great creative space with all the tools I need for etching/transfer work.“

“A true and unique culinary experience. I’ve read about Bruto but the experience has completely solidified my position on it being one of a kind and rightfully given the Michelin rating.“
