“I waited here while my car was being serviced, really enjoyed my time at this cafe. There is a variety of seating available, you can come with a group or just one friend. The counter is self serve so you don’t have to wait for someone to take your order. The breakfast burrito was quite delightful, came with a slice of watermelon as well. Very kind staff members were available and very helpful. Good baklava as well.“

“It's like an Apple store served matcha. Very modern vibe, no indoor seating, and no menu personalizations. However, the drinks (hojicha with vanilla creme and lime blueberry fresca) were delicious. Not sure if they were worth $9+ each, but would recommend this spot if you're in the mood to splurge on a fun drink.“

“The absolute best coffee shop in Denver! I ordered the Horchata Latte which was served hot in a traditional red clay mug. My beverage was smooth had a delicate body, a gentle sweetness and fruitiness, and an acidic snap to finish off the experience. There was ample, clean space to sit with friends in the courtyard right outside with chairs and tables. The shop was colorfully complimented with locally made goods, homemade Mexican pan dulce, and offered so much more than coffee. They even make atole which takes me back to my childhood! I can't wait to try everything on their menu. This is my new favorite place in Denver and will quickly become yours too!“

“Americano Coffee is spot on, sweet bread pastries are great, decore is a bit industrial but fits the setting, walk up service is great but parking is a bit slim due to a small lot and busy surrounding roads, over all a great place to stop and grab a cup and sweets!

“I don’t think I can properly express how much I love Thump—it’s simply the SPOT!

The coffee is awesome; from the drip to espresso drinks, it’s always a hit. I’m a really big fan of their specialty single-origin beans, but I also adore their North Fork and Storm King!
The food is always delicious, with a lot of the baked goods made in-house! I’m also hooked on their breakfast burritos... Can’t get enough!!

The service is next level! The team at Thump genuinely cares so much about making quality coffee. The focus and care that go into every drink are admirable and shine through. On top of the care for the coffee, they also clearly care deeply about making everyone feel welcome and have cultivated a safe space for all. The community of regulars at the shop are so kind and welcoming. I've never seen such a strong and consistent group of regulars at a coffee shop, if you come by and strike up a conversation you will undoubtedly be welcomed in with open arms.

Honorable mention: The music is always so fun and a reflection of the different baristas working at the time. I’ve found so many great artists just from hanging out at Thump.

Whether you’re passing through, visiting a friend for a coffee chat, a local getting some work done, or just want a REALLY good cup of coffee - Thump is the 3rd space we all need!

The dirty chai is one of the best I’ve found, and it’s clean and seems to be relatively quiet during the week. “An amazing experience. Food and tea options are so good! You get only 1.5 hours and then have to leave, but that was an okay amount of time for us. We sat for quite a bit before ordering, and getting bill back after we gave them our payment. But they didn't push us when our time expired....I think they knew they were slow to get to us, which we appreciated. Once you receive the tea and food, they were great about refilling hot water, sandwiches, etc. We did 2 of the standard or classic and 2 of the signature. I would recommend doing the classic, as the signature wasn't worth the extra cost we didn't think. AMBIENCE is gorgeous. Loved the holiday decorations and appearance. Manager was constantly moving around to be sure we had what we needed!“

“I come here every single year on the same day for my first date anniversary! They've even accomodated our whole family on our wedding day at their other location! I've always loved them since they first opened. The service & ambiance is always top notch. Their Vietnamese coffee is tasty, with a mix of spices! One of my fave coffees in Denver.

I do think expanding to 3 locations after all this time has maybe created a level of quality control that can't be helped.

Unfortunately, it's hard to come as often now because the food has changed significantly since the beginning. The menu itself hasn't changed, so we order the same things almost every time. Their congee which used to be balanced & complex is now heavily salted/inedible (we bring it home & make a huge pot with it and still can't reduce all the salt.) Their duck fried rice is mainly oil now, and the rice soaks it in, becoming soggy. This has been the case the last few times we've stopped by or brought friends.

Their chilaquiles is still consistently enjoyable, alongside the breakfast burrito. It's just a shame a lot of the Asian brunch items that made them a standout before are no longer good.

We'll still come every year, same as always since it has such a big piece of our hearts, and hopefully the food will get back on track someday.“

Jules and the whole team at Novo always provide a great start to the day with kind and welcoming service, excellent coffee, and very tasty pastries. The strawberry snickerdoodle and cinnamon roll are our favorites. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating is nice too. Be sure to stop by if you're in Congress Park!“
