My current obsession is the rosemary maple latte, one of the winter specials. Quite frankly, I was skeptical to order it, but it is one of the most delicious combinations I've tasted. I've tried a slew of their other offerings, and they're all incredibly well-made. I especially love how they incorporate herbs into their flavors! During my last visit, I ordered a vegan breakfast burrito. At $8, this was a solid to-go option and it was super tasty. There seems to be a theme of well-done, delicious offerings...and that's because they are truly dedicated to the craft. I can confidently say that you will witness this firsthand when you visit!“

“Great atmosphere in this quaint coffee shop. Located in a modern building, the inside offers a few tables while the counter and kitchen area itself isn’t much larger.

Once you enter the doors, the front-facing products are individually displayed. The products we decided to grab were the brown butter cookie and Seeded County sourdough bread loaf.

The amount of seeds, flavor and texture this sourdough offered is tough to put into words. The seeds are plentiful and flavor was consistent with each bite.

Even after having some pizza at a separate spot, I ended up finishing 3/4 of the loaf the same day.

It was that great.

The vibe is pleasant, bright and yet with a calmer side to relax. Enjoy the walkable area that mob gives us access to right from their front door. What a treat on such a busy street.“

“We visited Denver for 4 days. The Vietnamese Cold Brew was heaven, and we got it daily. Such a cute aesthetic shop, and a great spot to start your day!“

“This is one of our favorite local eateries, hands-down! We go here probably twice a month for a cozy weekend breakfast. The crepes (both sweet and savory) are buttery and have the perfect texture, the quiches are all scrumptious, and you can't go wrong with whatever waffle, panini, or breakfast sandwich you order.

Drinks-wise: They have my favorite London fog with lavender in town - you can taste the lavender in each sip without it being soapy. Their hot cocoa is not too sweet (which coming from me is a MAJOR compliment), and my husband likes their various coffee drinks. In the summer their fruit smoothies are the perfect frozen treat!

The atmosphere here is cozy and casual, perfect for getting studying done, meeting up with friends, or just having breakfast out where you don't have to shout to be heard. Finally, it just feels great to support a high quality small local business - it's a great place to become a regular!“

“Wednesday, March 19, 2025 JULIETS coffee group visited VIVA! Mexico Cafe thanks to Pat's recommendation! It was wonderful. Great Huckleberry Coffee. The toast with beans, meat (ham, steak, or chorizo) melted cheese topped with avocado, chopped tomato, and onion was delicious based on five JULIET reviews. The cafe is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Street parking on Eudora. Owners: Husband and wife Elisa Garcia and Leonardo Munoz-Corona (Leo/chef). Daniel was our barista. Leo was very gracious, explained the menu items we were not familiar with, and showed us the freshly baked rolls and pastries. Highly recommend it and will be back as a regular.“

“Drove from Longmont to their Evan’s location. Nice comfortable physical space, friendly and helpful staff and the most delicious espresso (both regular and decaf) I’ve had in years. They also have a broad selection of coffees from around the world that they roast at their other location. If you’re not local they will ship to your location. “yes. but this happened. This morning, I was asked to leave Corvus Coffee by manager Emma. As I waited for my two sorority sisters for a good old-fashioned catch-up, a young lady was just about to sit in a chair I was saving for Lori Marks-connors and Kyrie Biddle when I asked if she didn't mind sitting one chair over because I was keeping a few seats. Agitated by my kind ask, she laid into me about me "demanding???" Where she sits. I said, "Oh, no, I'm not at all demanding. I'm just wondering if you wouldn't mind sitting one over..." and explained, again, that I was just saving the seats for the ladies - now in line for their coffee. Y'all, when I say how disturbing this young lady was, challenging me even when I asked her to stop going in on me and that I was not going to allow her to ruin my otherwise beautiful morning. She was saying all kinds of crazy things to me as others looked on. Then, because I wouldn't engage in an argument, she decided she'd ask the manager to do something 'about me' at which point you'll see the manager walk up to me on the video to accuse me of being rude to a customer and that, "I'll have to ask you to leave." Stunned, I then tried to explain my side (did you note Emma, the manager, never asked ME what happened but assumed I was the awful person, when THREE different people stepped in to say I was actually not the aggressor and the other woman was. Emma says wait, what?! Who are you vouching me or the woman complaining? and they all shared what they witnessed, and that was being kind to get before she started going in on me. The manager apologized profusely to me when I had to gently school her on next time take both sides of the story before accusing AND asking someone to leave the establishment. I was visibly shaking when she approached me until the very end, shocked, upset, and bewildered by it all, barely able to enjoy my girlfriends for the first 10 minutes - in my head, replaying over and over what had just happened. Needless to say we had a lovely time catching up, but the day was semi-ruined by a stranger.“

“Hannah and her backup Willa are both friendly and efficient. They both pull good espresso shots with plenty of crema. No need for a to-go cup. Enjoy it right there in a glass cup and enjoy the visual as well as the coffee.
Cold brew and dark roast coffee both are good. Pastry was better before the original owner sold the bakery to a new couple.“

“Love, love, love it here! The tea selection is out of control. They’re so super friendly and are more than happy to let you smell the teas, and will educate you and make recommendations. Make a reservation and come for tea – it’s all you can drink, as many teas as you want to try, for the length of your reservation. The food is tasty, the service is really chill and not pretentious… just a really laid back vibe. I guess I could keep going on and singing their praises but… just come check it out.
