“The blueberry basil latte is INSANELY GOOD!! We were in Denver on a trip for 4 days and had Procession coffee 3 times- we even went out of our way on our way back home to get it one last time. We visited several coffee shops while in Denver and none of them even TOUCHED the quality and flavor of Procession. Easy parking and great vibes in the shop. Cannot recommend them enough!“

“You will not be disappointed here! Everything was delicious! We ordered the chicken street rice, pork street soup, green curry and Kho Soi with fried chicken(my favorite). Food was authentic and the flavors were perfect. Had the mango mojito to drink and mango sticky rice for desert. The family loved everything!“

“Some coffee shops announce themselves the moment you walk in. Dandy Lion does it quietly — a nondescript exterior on 38th Ave in Park Hill that gives way, once you’re through the door, to something genuinely unexpected: hanging swing seats, walls of living plants, morning light filtering through greenery, and the smell of something floral already in the air. Owners Duc Huynh and his wife Dominique moved the concept to Park Hill in 2021 , and what they built here is hard to categorize in the best way. It’s a craft coffee shop and boutique plant store in one — and somehow both sides of that equation feel equally intentional rather than one being an afterthought. The menu leans into lavender lattes, Vietnamese iced coffee, and chai, alongside croissants and breakfast burritos — a lineup that reflects the shop’s AAPI-owned roots and a clear point of view on what coffee can be. The Vietnamese iced coffee in particular earns its reputation: rich, layered, and grounding in a way that a standard cold brew just isn’t. The lavender latte is a regular on people’s standing orders for good reason. The seating situation is worth noting — swing chairs and limited spots mean arriving early on weekends pays off. Street parking is the move. Best for solo mornings, slow catch-ups with a friend, or anyone who wants to leave with a new plant and a drink they’ll be thinking about on the drive home. Open daily 8am–3pm — get there before the rush.“

“I got an iced vanilla oatmilk latte and the tiramisu croissant and both were FANTASTIC. The pastry was not too sweet, filled with a chocolate and custard mix, paired perfectly with the latte. Iced latte was balanced and smooth, it was literally perfect. So good I wanted another! The patio area was super cute and the perfect place to read in the morning while enjoying your coffee. Next time I’m in Denver, I’ll for sure be back!“

“Absolutely phenomenal experience. We sat at the chefs counter and were served by Hunter. He was engaging and very knowledgeable about the food, their suppliers, and just a great person to chat with. The music was a nice lo-fi and pop mix, with ambient lighting setting the tone. The meal itself was fabulous. We ordered everything in the happy hour menu as well as a few dishes off the main menu. 10/10 would go again to try some other dishes before they change the menu in autumn!“

“Wednesday, March 19, 2025 JULIETS coffee group visited VIVA! Mexico Cafe thanks to Pat's recommendation! It was wonderful. Great Huckleberry Coffee. The toast with beans, meat (ham, steak, or chorizo) melted cheese topped with avocado, chopped tomato, and onion was delicious based on five JULIET reviews. The cafe is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Street parking on Eudora. Owners: Husband and wife Elisa Garcia and Leonardo Munoz-Corona (Leo/chef). Daniel was our barista. Leo was very gracious, explained the menu items we were not familiar with, and showed us the freshly baked rolls and pastries. Highly recommend it and will be back as a regular.“

“I honestly can’t rave enough about this new-ish coffee shop/cafe.
The atmosphere here is warm, welcoming and a little bit whimsical, with a lot of cute nods to their moniker. One of my favorite things to do is find a great place somewhere away from home to read and the first time I stopped in here there were actually a couple different people who had staked out some cozy corners to do exactly that!
While the breakfast menu is small, every item is something I was interested in trying. I ended up getting the breakfast burrito which is delicious. Rich without being greasy, with a tangy avocado salsa on the side that makes it perfectly balanced. It was so good that instead of trying something else, I had to have it again the next time I came in. I have been searching for good breakfast burritos in this city for YEARS and this is probably my favorite yet. Their iced matcha latte is also very solid.
The staff is welcoming and friendly and overall I can’t imagine a better experience in this type of space than what they’ve managed to do here.“

I enjoyed my first matcha, alongside an absolutely delightful salmon sandwich. Allow some time to browse the eclectic book selection, and just enjoy the vibe.“

“Absolutely marvelous! This thoroughly charming little coffee shop is a short walk from Union Station/The Crawford Hotel, (straight East on 17th, on the South side).
I had my usual whipping cream latte, and it was simply exquisite! Absolutely some of the best coffee I've ever had. And the architecture of the building it's in is sublime. The interior is stylish and cheerful, exactly as a coffee shop should be.
3/31/26 Addition: Got the usual again. Completely delicious again.
Talked to the Barista, and was told most of their coffee beans come from an Italian roaster, though one type is purchased directly from the grower! They even had his name.“

“Pablo’s was my first “real” coffee shop after I moved to Denver. The place is known for both its setting and location: It’s unique. But it is often busy due to both those reasons. I have had several good conversations with people but also have the occasional eavesdropper, who throws you a look or two. Prices are moderate but the food can be “generic” as this is a more “coffee-focused” shop. But you can still find authentically made scones and whatnot, so not really bad.“

“yes. but this happened. This morning, I was asked to leave Corvus Coffee by manager Emma. As I waited for my two sorority sisters for a good old-fashioned catch-up, a young lady was just about to sit in a chair I was saving for Lori Marks-connors and Kyrie Biddle when I asked if she didn't mind sitting one chair over because I was keeping a few seats. Agitated by my kind ask, she laid into me about me "demanding???" Where she sits. I said, "Oh, no, I'm not at all demanding. I'm just wondering if you wouldn't mind sitting one over..." and explained, again, that I was just saving the seats for the ladies - now in line for their coffee. Y'all, when I say how disturbing this young lady was, challenging me even when I asked her to stop going in on me and that I was not going to allow her to ruin my otherwise beautiful morning. She was saying all kinds of crazy things to me as others looked on. Then, because I wouldn't engage in an argument, she decided she'd ask the manager to do something 'about me' at which point you'll see the manager walk up to me on the video to accuse me of being rude to a customer and that, "I'll have to ask you to leave." Stunned, I then tried to explain my side (did you note Emma, the manager, never asked ME what happened but assumed I was the awful person, when THREE different people stepped in to say I was actually not the aggressor and the other woman was. Emma says wait, what?! Who are you vouching me or the woman complaining? and they all shared what they witnessed, and that was being kind to get before she started going in on me. The manager apologized profusely to me when I had to gently school her on next time take both sides of the story before accusing AND asking someone to leave the establishment. I was visibly shaking when she approached me until the very end, shocked, upset, and bewildered by it all, barely able to enjoy my girlfriends for the first 10 minutes - in my head, replaying over and over what had just happened. Needless to say we had a lovely time catching up, but the day was semi-ruined by a stranger.“
