I come from Houston where we have a huge Asian food scene and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of New Saigon, especially having to compensate for the elevation difference and how it affects the bread rising. I find myself always craving something banh mi from New Saigon now. This is my new go-to when I’m craving authentic Vietnamese food. You cannot beat it for the quality and price! I love anything natural! listen up I didn't really know how important bees are or the process of bee keeping before but after doing some research I value them and this labor a lot more! There's a new documentary coming out july 5th-11th at the Landmark Esquire Theatre called More Than Honey and it looks so interesting! The cinematography looks beautiful and it truly shows you bees up close as if you were one yourself!“

Their strawberry green tea unfortunately had an artificial strawberry taste to it.

The popcorn chicken was okay, but had more breading than chicken, so felt like I was eating basil chips sometimes rather than popcorn chicken.

The mango crepe cake was pretty disappointing. I'm used to crepe cake that has really thin layers, but this cake had layers closer to a pancake. Also was not very flavorful.“
