“By far my favorite food truck, everything is great. I like the chop cheese the best but the burgers are also great. Highly recommend the pork if you get tacos or a breakfast burrito. And if they have them can’t skip the egg rolls. I come in frequently and am never disappointed. I would give it 6 stars if Google made that an option.“

“They doing it right over there at Carrera’s Tacos. I highly recommend the crispy queso tacos with your choice of filling. I went with birria and chicken and couldn’t have been more pleased. I returned and got a birria burrito with a chile relleno in it. Do yourself a favor and figure out how delicious that is for yourself.“

“Delicious!! I have always gone to their food truck but it's my first time at the restaurant, so I got one of pretty much everything. We had Pork Gyros that were perfect! I got a Green Salad and Feta fries and it smelled so good in my car it's amazing the food made it home. I had some Greek soda (orange is my favorite!) and OF COURSE had Baklava and Loukoumades.

“This Taco truck is THE BEST that I have ever had in Denver. The staff is so courteous and accommodating to whatever you need. The portion sizes are generous and the tacos are absolutely delicious. You can tell in your first bite the ingredients are fresh, and prepared traditionally. Definitely get the salsa, it has a kick but it takes the tacos to a whole other level!! Give them a try and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!“

Just look at the size of it from the picture. Never am I disappointed with the perfectly balance of ingredients they use to create this burrito. If you’re not the breakfast person try the lunch menu. I tried the steak burrito and was just as amazing. Not to mention the fresh out the pot beans! Not a big fan of beans unless they’re my mother’s but these beans are hands down the best. “SUPER RICO - Gringo approved. Look no further for lip smackn comida mexicana. I’ve been to Mexico and these street tacos are the best I’ve ever had in my life. Got an assortment of 4 and they were all fire. The quesabirra was off the chain too. 10 bucks for 4 tacos that make you dance is well worth the stop. Where is the Michelin star?? Go next store and buy some beers to enjoy with the meals over the foldable table. Victor (el jefe) is the man and hooked it up. Going back asap.“

The burrito was a decent size, bigger than Santiagos and waaaaaaay more flavorful. As a native Texan, I'm skeptical of Mexican food here in CO but this place is 🔥. When we pulled up, I noticed it was a food truck and I knew we were in for some tasty food! Great prices too! All around great experience and will be supporting this business in the future.“
