“Wait time went by faster than quoted! Fad, friendly service. Coffee is the best I have had and refills were perfectly timed. Will definitely be dropping by to buy a bag to brew at home. “Excellent food and a wide variety of menu options, from spins on the classics to fine dining in the evening. Incredible coffee, fries, food, and Italian gelato. They change up the flavors every week and I change which one's my favorite every week, too. Friendly staff, great ambience. I'm going to start bringing my laptop and writing while snacking and gulping down lots of coffee!“

“You will not find a more proficient, efficient and consistent Starbucks in the springs. In fact, it’s one of the best in the state as my wife and I have been to many. We’ve been coming here for about a year and it’s been the same. The same amazingly friendly staff who treat everyone as a guest. The staff is very helpful and kind to everyone and create such a peaceful atmosphere in the lobby. This is one of Tom’s stores and all of his stores have amazing members. However, this Starbucks is one of his best! Kat who runs the store is such a hardworking, delightful person and you can tell the staff loving having her as their leader. I would recommend any person looking to work at a Starbucks to come work for her. Besides you will have such amazing team members. Love you guys and thanks for always making each visit a joyful one!“

“Okay y'all, this place has some legit milk tea! I am a Classic Black Milk Tea kinda girl, and they have EXACTLY that! The milk tea was so yummy! The cup is reusable too and adorable! They had a pretty large menu of some creative drinks in case anyone likes creative flavors! Recommend if you're craving a fresh tasting milk tea! 🧋🧋🧋“

The drink I ordered was made perfect and they did it just the way I asked and I was so appreciative of their time. Thank you for great service. It's hard to come by nowadays.“
“Every starbucks is the same in my opinion. Customer service is always good and overpriced drinks taste amazing. I tried the iced shaken espresso with a shot of caramel, not bad if you need to wake up. I also got the strawberry refresher with no water and no ice. Apparently they are jumping on the (no ice means pay more $) bandwagon, which I am not happy about. The drink is mostly Ice and water. They will continue in the mean time to let customers buy the refresher with no water at least. Depending on the size you get, you can make several drinks by adding your own water.“

“IN A WORLD OF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The consistency of this place is unmatched. I moved from Florida where we have no such thing as happiness, as there are no Dutch Bros. My coffee tastes the same EVERY time I order it, it’s always the same price, and they even put a disclaimer on my cup, because they recognized I got oat milk. What a really cool thing to do. Everyone is super friendly, I’m not sure anyone has had a bad day working there because I always leave a little more spry. Keep it up DB 🤙🏻“

“My favorite part to visiting this starbucks is the people. They are always so friendly, and when I am just not sure what I want they are always helpful. Yesterday I was totally not craving a coffee but I wanted something. I got a hot chocolate with rasberry and omg that was sooo yummy. The temp outside was -10F and that chocolate hit the spot and warmed the bones. The smile and friendliness at the drive thru however was even warmer. Totally loving the experience!“
