“We went here for our anniversary and had a great meal. We tried the crabcakes appetizer, excellent, ribeye's and baked potatoes also excellent, even split a piece of cheesecake to finish things off. Every thing was great. I can't forget to mention our server, Tony. He provided the best service and even though he had a table of 16 come in after we ordered, he still found time to come back and check on us. This might be one of the best places I've ever had a meal. Thanks for a great evening.”
“Olivia C. is a great waitress! The food and margaritas were so good. The restaurant has a fun vibe.”
“Great ramen options, including vegan! My wife loves the vegan fire opal and I like the birria ramen. I highly recommend the impossible tacos. The only thing I would skip is the sake - but everything else is great and keeps up coming back for more! All of our servers have also been great, especially Jackson and Jada!”

“Great, had the chicken and the carnitas. Tacos and quesadillas. Loved the hot sauce, always important and great service.”
“She is AMAZING. I don’t even like cake much, but our wedding cake was delicious and beautiful. She communicated so well and made the trip to deliver for us. Thank you so much Tiffanie.”
“Go to your other place Lukas Eriksen it's nice to have a place that caters to vegans not everybody wants to eat your foul food with butter and milk in it give me a break”
“Very welcoming atmosphere and great food! Love the concept of pay what you can and volunteer your time in exchange for a meal! I wish my hometown had something like this!”
“7-day a week Happy Hour from 4 pm to 6 pm -- Woo Hoo! Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!”
“Good times always, either hanging out with friends or just going with the kids to eat from the food trucks & chill out.”

“This place is outstanding. After having a terrible experience with Gryphon my D&D group started coming to Haunted Game for our weekly sessions. They do everything that Gryphon didn’t for us and more. Haunted Game provides a clean, atmospheric place for us to play with reservations available, their coffee and snacks are yummy, their selection of gaming supplies are great, and most importantly, their staff recognize we are loyal customers and we feel welcomed and appreciated for our continued business. A giant plus, they actually have a good, worth-it points system and VIP program! Our party looks forward to many more adventures here!”
“Took a tour hosted by Joe. A completely in depth, informative, and enjoyable experience. He was so great with all the questions we had and cast such a positive light on this brewery/family. This is definitely a must if you enjoy craft beer solely for the experience and atmosphere.
Thank you Joe.”
“Such a fun experience! 10/10 on performance, and all over experience. My husband surprised me for my birthday and it was the perfect interactive experience!”

“My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful meal here recently! It was our first time here and our server Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our questions in deciding what we ordered. We started with crabcakes for the appetizer which were great! For our entrees, I had the scallops and they were so soft, "non chewy" melt in your mouth delicious! I can't say enough about how good they were!!! My husband had the Patagonia steelhead and it was also equally delicious. Our salads were fresh and tasteful. The desserts were also fabulous! The portion sizes were just right, so that you didn't need a to go box and yet did not feel overly stuffed either. We will definitely be returning”
“We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at The Welsh Rabbit a few nights ago and it was absolutely incredible. We hosted about 20 people. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient – truly a joy to work with. They were flexible with our guest count and handled a whole list of food allergies without missing a beat, which made planning so much less stressful. The evening was so easy to plan that once we arrived, we could just relax and enjoy time with our friends and family. The food and wine were phenomenal – beautifully prepared, perfectly paired, and our guests are still talking about it. Highly recommend The Welsh Rabbit if you’re looking for a cozy, memorable spot to host a special celebration”
“New restaurant review: Who: Indigo Where: 144 N Mason St UNIT 8, Fort Collins, CO 80524 ( underneath the parking garage at the intersection of Laporte & Mason) About them: This is a brand new upscale Indian cuisine concept that has been open since July 4th 2025. The Feed.... Main items ordered: Signature Grilled Indigo Lobster - fresh tail Grilled with garlic and herbs served with drawn butter, rice and a small Julianne style fresh vegetable slaw. Goat Chettina - slow cooked meat in a chettina style black pepper with coconut curry. Palak Paneer - Cottage cheese cubes in a very smooth spinach sauce Bread: Garlic Naan Rosemary Naan Drinks: Spicy Mango Mule (Mocktail) Coke Dessert: Rose Rosmalai - soft sleeve dumplings soaked in fragrant rose scented saffron milk. The Experience: We had walked by this place waiting for it to open for weeks and were happy to see people eating there this weekend so we gave it a try. We were greeted by one of the owners and sat at a corner table of our choosing. As we looked over the menu we spoke with Nishant about some of the items on the menu as well as the overall idea behind this concept. He told us that their goal was to open up a space that was unlike any other In town with an emphasis on food quality, execution and attention to detail. Our drinks were served and I will see it took a little more time than normal to get them but not the end of the world.. The star of the show was the food. Where to start.... The lobster dish not only was plated well but the flavors on the tails were amazing. Grilled perfectly and the protein was not rubbery so they know how to cook this. The goat Chettina was well presented with my only criticism being that I had to navigate some very big and small bones but the meat was very tender and well flavored. The sauces are unique to each dish as as anyone who has been to Indian restaurants will tell you... alot of the times this is not the case.. They build these flavor profiles separately and each stands alone as its own unique dish which makes this place different. The Palek Paneer hands down is the best representation of this type of dish I have ever had. The freshness of the cheese is one thing but the silky smooth finish of the spinach... WOW... My big complaint about this dish at the places I have been is that the cheese gets granular with a sandy type finish. Not here. This was fresh, smooth and just melted in your mouth with each bite.. when you add the extra flavor texture of the spinach to this its a home run. The Naan's were thinner than I am used to but very good just different.. The fresh Rosemary was just incredible. That hit your nose as soon as they brought the food out. Freshly cut too. The Rose Rosmalai was just great and something we had never tried before and to say it continues the theme of uniqueness that we found at this restaurant would be an understatement. The cheese dumplings were great but the rose forward smell and the saffron milk together just made for a perfect flavor explosion... what a great way to end the meal. Overall Impressions: They are new, they are young and they are here to prove that you can be unique in this space which is difficult but not impossible. Everything we had here was different than anything we have had at other Indian restaurants so as long as they continue this level of execution the people will come.. they are going to be successful. Their food preparation and quality are already at a very high level. They are meeting the moment and a few small things aside this is as close to culinary perfection as one can get. As a resprentation of several parts of India I would say they know their food and their menu reflects this so there is something here for everyone. Thank you to the two owners A.J. & Nishant for their hard work and for taking the time to talk with us. We wish you nothing but continued success. You will do well and this is a welcomed and unique addition to the Fort Collins food scene. Indigo is definitely a 1 of 1 Happy eating !”
“My boyfriend and I went here together. I absolutely loved it! The food was great and I had such a fun experience getting to cook my own food. Obviously this isn't a restaurant I would go to regularly as it takes time but the experience is so worth it! The servers/waiters are also very nice and make sure you have a great time!”
“We have been dining at the Park Meadow location in LoneTree for a couple of years (about a total of ten times) as we live about 30+ miles away. So it is always a time we look forward to. Our experience in efficient friendly staff and awesome food has always been excellent. This is definitely the Mexican restaurant you would take out of town guests to.”
“We were treated so wonderfully! Knowledgeable staff walked us through each dish and recommendations from appetizers to desserts. Everything was prepared to perfection and was so flavorful and rich. And even though we were stuffed we had to have dessert! The four of us each ordered something and shared and it was on point! We will absolutely be back! Our server Arianna and the GM Kyle made our night and each get 5 stars! Thank you so much for the best night :)”
“Wow! It’s an amazing restaurant with impeccable service & wonderfully delicious food❤️”
“Always delicious! I love the change up in the menu. Happy hour seafood and drink deals are awesome 👏”

“Just tried the new Whopper, was worried they would make it worse but if anything it's awesome again; tastes closer to what I remember from the 1990s than it has in a long time. Regular whopper, no cheese or onions, extra mayo is best version imo
Now if only we'd every see 39 cent Whopper days again haha, but the economy would have to unsuck first. Either way, glad to revisit an old favorite again. Crew was awesome, food was hot and tasty; can't really ask for more”
“Up early doing errands before breakfast, so I decided to stop at McDonald’s to treat myself and save time. Well, the kind gentleman at the order pick up window said he was happy to see me, asked how I was doing and wished me a happy breakfast!! I, on return, wished him a happy day!! 😁 That small act of kindness uplifted me! People - do you see how easy it is to be kind and respectful- and how it can make someone’s day?!! Spread the smiles!!!😁. PS - I don’t know his name, otherwise I would give him the kudos!”
“Our favorite local craft brewery. They’re always coming up with new brews to try!”

Takeout Restaurants
“Zac- Fantastic Malachi and Ryan- Incredible Entire staff- Amazing Food and drink- Wonderful Mocktail menu- 10/10 I was there the other night when a girl was on a bad date, the staff moved her over to a safe space and kept an eye on her and the situation while tending to the entire restaurant until her date left. This place is more than a one and done, the people care about you, you are safe, and everything is worth coming back for!”
“My family and I just discovered this place a few days ago and I have been craving their chai & biscuit ice cream since! We loved it and the staff was super kind and friendly, especially with my young, extremely indecisive 6yo who took a long time deciding on what ice cream he wanted. We totally will be back and absolutely recommend 👏”
“For any of the reviews that are saying less than stellar, y’all must’ve gone to the wrong place!! On our four day vacation we had breakfast here three days. The food is so good, servings are huge and the service is above reproach. We had rachel every time by pure chance and she was amazing!”
“I am celiac, so it is hard to eat out. I tried this place today and it's amazing! I went with a couple friends (who don't have gluten issues) and they loved everything and all of us brought goodies home too! The staff was super friendly and I would highly suggest this place!”
“More than meets the eye - this spot has good food and excellent beer on tap selection. Truly a choice hang out, date, company lunch or just “me time” place. Worth checking out. Buffalo cauliflower app is fantastic 🙌 had this salad there last time and it was the bomb”
“Mezcal drinks are perfect. Rare Mezcal and Tequilas. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly service.”
“My boyfriend and I went here together. I absolutely loved it! The food was great and I had such a fun experience getting to cook my own food. “We used Mary’s Mountain Cookies for our wedding desert. We had about 75 guests at our wedding. Our guests and we loved Mary’s Mountain Cookies. They even made the almond glazed sugar cookies into hearts for our guests. We had it as a grab and go station instead of doing the typical wedding cake and it worked out perfectly. Mary’s Mountain Cookies also had wooden towers you could rent as a decorative piece to put your cookies on.”
“Excellent food at a very affordable price point. Sushi was delicious, fresh, and well made. Also loved the appetizers. Definitely our new favorite Asian food in Fort Collins!”
Cheap Eats
“We have tried six or seven dishes over the last couple months. Everything has been fantastic. Soups, curries, fried rice and noodle dishes all have great textures, flavors and presentation. Before warned that even the mild spice level is fairly hot by American standards. On their spice level range, Sriracha sauce doesn't even register.
We ate there once, but the stark, open dining room is not very inviting. Pick up is quick and efficient. Service has always been fast and very friendly and helpful.”
“My friend and I came to La Boutique today for lunch. When we walked in the door, we were greeted by 3 smiling faces. The owner greeted us in french. sandwiches are good, bring ur own condiments or u can buy some and take it home with u. I was really impressed with all the options for different meat, cheeses and many french bakery treats, including a couple gluten free options! must try there macarons. They are perfect. If u want any of these treats, come early as when they sell out, there gone. All staff seemed to love there jobs. I was very impressed with all the french treats, goodies and had a little of everything. This deli is a must try if u are in the area! We will be back!”
“My partner and I love Tap & Handle! We have very different beer preferences, but are always able to find something great for each of us with the quality and variety they offer. Their staff is also incredibly knowledgeable about their menu and have never steered me wrong on a recommendation. Their wings are also my favorite in FoCo. I've never had a bad experience at Tap & Handle.”
“super intuitive site for online orders, customizable subscription intervals, and you can change it up to try something new anytime! my favorite is the Taiwan Milk, and the Aztec Chocolate, but my husband loves the Apricot Green and the Golden Monkey. I was taken aback by the prices at first until I realized all of their blends are of such superior quality that multiple cups can be steeped from each tsp of leaves. In fact, I only drink the Taiwan Milk if I know I'll be home for enough of the day to enjoy all 6 - you heard me, 6 - cups that one tsp of leaves will brew.”
“Awesome service, pet friendly in outdoor seating area, and the Local Sausage Pizza was fabulous. Thanks Luke and Andrea.”
“Wonderful food every time we visit! Staff is kind & attentive. Highly recommend!”
“Food was very good, server was great, bathroom was clean which is a huge plus.”
“All you can eat sushi seems like a strange concept, but the food was good and the atmosphere great. Perfect place to take someone who loves sushi without breaking the bank.”
“Great wait staff behind the bar! Great place to meet friends and have a brew. I would suggest cleaning the tables between patrons and being mindful of tp in the toilets.”
“This is best local spot in town! There’s something for everyone here!”

“Fort Collins, CO
There are restaurants that serve food, and then there are restaurants that serve identity pieces of history folded into plates, poured into glasses, and anchored deep into the culture of the place they stand in.
Penrose Taphouse & Eatery belongs firmly in the second category.
Named after Spencer Penrose, the entrepreneur, the risk-taker, the firestarter of Colorado’s early identity, this establishment doesn’t just borrow a name it honors a legacy. The man who carved a road up Pikes Peak, sparked industries, created jobs, and literally shaped the terrain of the state… that spirit is alive here. You feel it the moment you step inside.
There’s a quiet electricity in the room a sense that this place was built on the backbone of ambition, of people who weren’t afraid to roll the dice. The atmosphere is warm, grounded, and unpretentious.
A chill vibe with a pulse.
And then comes the service led, on this visit, by Ella.
Ella is one of those rare servers who doesn’t just take orders; she commands the experience. Her pace? Fast, efficient. Her precision? Sharp. Her hospitality? Effortless. There’s a grace to the way she moves, a confidence that says she knows the room, she knows the food, and she knows exactly how to make you feel taken care of.
The kind of service that makes you stop and think,
“Damn… this is how it’s supposed to be.”
Now, let’s talk about the food because Penrose doesn’t play safe.
⭐ The Goat Burger
This isn’t just a burger; this is a statement.
Cooked to peak complexity layers of richness, savor, and depth stacked neatly between buns that actually hold their integrity. It’s bold without being obnoxious, refined without losing that satisfying punch that a great burger should have.
The old fashion was absolutely Perfect! Created eitj craftsmanship and precision.
A dish Spencer Penrose himself would’ve respected daring, different, unapologetically flavorful.
⭐ The Nachos
Divine.
A chaotic masterpiece that still somehow keeps its composure.
Crisp chips, generous toppings, balanced heat, and enough cleverness in the build to keep you going back for “just one more bite” until you realize the plate is gone.
This kitchen knows exactly what it’s doing.
Penrose Taphouse & Eatery is more than a spot to grab a bite — it’s a celebration of the pioneering energy that built Colorado. A relaxed environment where you can sit back, take in the history hanging invisibly in the air, and enjoy food crafted with skill and pride.
If you want:
a chill vibe,
amazing food,
service that hits every mark,
and a place that honors the spirit of a Colorado legend…
Penrose is your place.
A gem with roots, muscle, and heart.

“Best Italian sandwich I’ve ever had. Amazing beer choices! Awesome after a morning of rafting.”
“We have been looking for a new 'go-to' place in Ft Collins, and this is it! We out regularly, and this was the best meal we have had out in a long time. The salad and soup were herby nutty, and well balanced, and the Prime Ribeye was perfect. Even the fingerling potatoes had a charred-grilled twist that we hadn't experienced before, and loved it. The wait and cook staff were the best! We look forward to coming back soon.”
“Just amazing acoustic guitar and I’m trying to learn as well and I’m more like hey Jude, what the greatest thing also was that he was his children things so here’s a couple pictures lots of love and enjoyment from all of us”
“We were treated so wonderfully! Knowledgeable staff walked us through each dish and recommendations from appetizers to desserts. Everything was prepared to perfection and was so flavorful and rich. “I recently tried **Nori Maki Bar** and had a really nice experience. The **Beauty & The Beast Roll** and **Dynamite Roll** were both delicious, and the sushi tasted very fresh with great presentation. I also ordered the **gyoza**, which was perfectly cooked and really flavorful. The atmosphere felt friendly and relaxed, and the service was quick. It’s definitely a good lunch spot if you’re craving sushi. 🍣👍”

“The staff at Ace Gillett’s is what makes it truly exceptional, but their cocktails are as good as they come - and the food, delicious! It’s a place I consider home. Love it.”
“What a delightful place for groups, brunch, lunch or a special occasion. So many beautiful areas of the farmhouse and fantastic farm-fresh food and fun variety of drinks! Wonderful people run this place and provide jobs and support to families and the community and so happy to help support small businesses like these however we can 🙌🏻”
“I really love this place. It's a little on the pricey side, but I feel like I can get a healthy meal here, if that's what I'm after. I'm often eating a low carb diet, in which case I love their chicken or beef skewers with veggies. They are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. I also often order the Kobe burger without a bun and beet salad, which can't be beat!
This last trip, I'm back on carbs and I ordered the beat bowl. It was so darn good and I'm thrilled to have leftover. The quinoa was properly prepared and the roasted veggies and candied pecans were to die for. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Yum yum”
“Tempura and sushi are my go to foods when dining here. The food is always prepared fresh so it’s a dining experience not a fast food place. Service is very attentive without being intrusive. I’ll be back again sooner rather than later”
“We hosted a welcome drinks event for our wedding weekend here, and it was absolutely amazing! Mandie and her team were wonderful to work with—so organized and attentive that we were able to simply relax and enjoy the evening with our guests.
The space itself is fantastic, with plenty of seating and room to spread out. Our guests especially loved the cornhole and dart boards, which added such a fun touch. The beer was excellent, and all the small bites were a huge hit with everyone.
We couldn’t recommend this spot enough—whether you’re planning an event or just stopping in for a great beer, it’s a perfect choice. We’ll definitely be making this a must-visit whenever we’re in Fort Collins!”
“I mean, it's olive garden... It's good but it's not great. The prices have gone up a bit, like everywhere else, but the plate sizes are still good. Wish they had more vegetarian options instead of like the 2 or 3 they have but alas.”
“Sat at the bar for drinks and appetizers and enjoyed the burrata and brussel sprouts. Delicious food and drinks and good service. I will definitely return. Portion sizes were decent and shareable. Flavor on the burrata was unique. ❤️”
“We come here all the time, this will be the last time. I called at 12, party of 11 people, I was told to call back at 3 for a reservation at 4pm and talk to a manager. The manager told me they don't do call ahead on weekends and they also will not move tables together so my son's birthday party will need to sit at separate tables. Once we arrived they sat 4 separate parties that came after us. They then told us they would not seat us until more staff comes in, for 11 people. They went to seat us at 2 separate tables after waiting for 20 minutes. We then requested the big table in the back that sat all of us comfortably, and we are not small people. This was a joke. 2 of the steaks were inedible they had so much seasoning on them and my plate was drenched in oil. Horrible experience and manager. also there was a 10 month old puppy at the table next to us, sitting in the bench and barking. seriously disappointed. we have eaten here for years and sadly will not be back, we will drive to the one in Thornton”
“bad service but we like the chicken and ribs so we order take out. tonight we had a salad in our takeout which was awful and full of previously frozen and wilted lettuce. Called to speak to a manager to let them know to check their salad. on hold for 20 min...then they picked up and hung up on me. 3 strikes you are out. incredibly poor service for a guest service industry. and now after posting I do NOT recommend, this posts as I recommended...haha. do yourself a favor and stay away”
“First time there and I loved it! Great food in the heart of Fort Collins, not too far from City Park where the summertime FoCo Food Truck Rally is held and CSU!”
“I'm so excited to hear that they have the Gordon Creek Band coming this Saturday, November 2nd from 4 to 6. That band rocks and with some fabulous beer and food, it's sure to be a great day.”
“Dining at Newk’s in Fort Collins is always a relaxing experience. The atmosphere is warm. The food is always made fresh and served hot. We have dined in and taken out it’s always been great”
“Love this place. We hit it every time we come to Fort Collins to visit our son and his family. The salmon and burgers are always done to perfection and the grandkids love their meals!”
“Been ordering our favorite teas from the Tea Table for years. Always efficient and easy to deal with. The small samples they will send if requested are very helpful. And last year when our order was lost in shipping they replaced it no questions asked.”
“The Crown Pub is one of our go-to restaurants in FoCo. The food is great, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. Our kids regularly ask to go there for special occasions.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food, atmosphere and staff are top notch. I’ll definitely be back and if you’ve never been - what are you waiting for?! 😋😎”
“Bama Breeze catered my father’s celebration of life event. It was a sudden loss, so we had to make last-minute arrangements and it is hard to find people who can put something together so quickly. Bama Breeze called us back right away, were professional and considerate, and the food was amazing! All our family and friends commented on how much they loved the food and how nice they were. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“One of my favorite restaurants in Old Town! We eat here at least once every couple of weeks and their rolls are consistently good. Such a cool atmosphere too! Highly recommend!”
“Rob has catered our family events for many occasions we love his food and my favorite are his BBQ jerk wings.I will definitely use Plant To The Plate to cater all our family events.”
“We stopped by Dominic‘s bistro for my birthday meal. I had a chicken Parmesan and my wife had the Aji tuna we both had salads. I had the Caesar and it was very good. For dessert I had the chocolate soufflé and my wife had the tiramisu. I really liked my soufflé. It was very moist. You do have to wait a little bit because they make it fresh which was well worth it I had an excellent bottle of wine to go with our meal. The service was spectacular. I’m sure we will be back soon.”
“Wonderful food every time we visit! Staff is kind & attentive. Highly recommend!”
“Everything was amazing! The heart attack is one of my all time favorites.... EVER!!”
“La Buena Vida is by far my favorite restaurant in CO! Not only do they have exceptional service, but the food is outstanding!! It’s well presented and full of Michoacán flavors! If you are a foodie this is a MUST!! Margaritas are to die for!!!”
“Alyssa provided us with some absolutely amazing service last night, her bubbly personality and down right happiness was delightful on top of it the drinks never went empty as she was on top of it. Because of her we definitely will be back .”
“My Dad introduced me to Sonny’s. I’ve never had a bad experience there. The food, drinks, service and old school ambience are all too tier. Recently we had a large gathering in the private dining room and I can’t say enough about how well we were taken care of!”
“I just got off my flight to DEN, drove an hour and a half, arrived right before the kitchen closes at 9 pm. They served me and made me the highest quality bison short rib that a man can ask for. I enjoyed how soft the meat was, the carrots, the potatoes and topped it off with ice cream/cookies. Definitely worth the food.”
“Brianna, our server was a great host as this was my wife and I first time trying this type of food. Food was amazing, pairing then with amazing side dishes made for an a great experience. We will be back. Thanks again Brianna.”

“Food as always very good. Service from Cortney was superb, great attitude and a real pro. Seasonal drinks...outstanding.”
“I had the pleasure of stopping in for dinner at The Emporium tonight before an Armory show. It has been a while since I've stopped in as I understand that wine bottle sales have been slow for you. But I always enjoy coming here to entertain my wine friends whenever we are downtown together.
Tonight, my friends and I enjoyed a delicious cheese and meat board paired up with the Tornatore Etna Rosso we selected from the wine market. Kudos to the wine rep that sold that wine in!
I sincerely wish that more guests of The Elizabeth Hotel and The Emporium utilized the service of picking out world-class wines from small, independent wine suppliers like the ones I represent. One bottle at a time. Not found in grocery. Non-commercial.
Now with humility and decorum:
I would like to recognize Sadie for her delightful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service of us in her section. I can't recall the last time I have had such distinguished wine service. It was perfectly timed and effortless!
From the moment we sat down until the time we rushed off, Sadie's warm and energetic demeanor made my friends and I feel special, included, relaxed and at home.
I was feeling a little far removed from The Emporium this past year since Sarah O'Neil left (now at Maida Trattoria). But I hope to be invited in on more collaborations soon. I'm a big fan of The Emporium and I want to be a conduit of your success. Cheers 🥂
With courtesy and respect -

“Have you met Rachael?? She is the bartender who took care of me. She was on point! The California heat tacos were fantastic!! I had mine prepared with the tempura shrimp, with a nice shot of butt burning habanero sauce. The sides were black beans with the cilantro rice. The rice was the perfect texture to accent the cilantro flavor. I mixed the beans in cause I’m that guy!! All around 5 stars.”
“For some time now I have had a true appreciation for small business, especially within Northern Colorado. I've spent a number of years within my profession, private security. I have received advanced training from some of the best in the field. Of course, my greatest training and experience came via the nine years I spent in the United States Army. I spent those years as an infantryman with the 101st Airborne Division; fought in both Iraq and Afghanistan. I've seen my brothers die thousands of miles from home...some having done so before gaining citizenship in this country. That's the love we all had for the USA. We all made a sacrifice in one form or another. We never ask for anything in return...except...that you NEVER insult our veteran status. Ever. It's one of the most despicable, disgusting, uncalled for, and unprofessional things that could be done. It's unforgivable and there's absolutely no excuse for it. So, would like to let EVERYONE KNOW, those that own and operate the Teriyaki Wok II are no friend to the veteran community...especially those who are disabled veterans.”
“Wow! Tonight's Karaoke season was great. The energy was infectious, with everyone cheering and singing along. There was some goosebump- inducing performances that left the audience in awe. The Karaoke DJ did an excellent job of engaging, maintaining a great flow of performances, and creating an incredibly entertaining atmosphere. People of all skill levels received cheers and applause. The wait staff were quick and extremely friendly as usual. We will be back.”
“Was there in august, twice. Showing up at 4 pm opening made for such a great time. We were spoiled. Went thru multiple tasting and lots of bottles went back to Texas . As great as the atmosphere was, the drinks were better. Wife just loved the rose gin and the bourbons and whiskey were just wow. Loved the port barrel aged stuff. Got to spend time w Sebastian and that really made the highlight. Fixing to be back when in town next”

“For any of the reviews that are saying less than stellar, y’all must’ve gone to the wrong place!! On our four day vacation we had breakfast here three days. The food is so good, servings are huge and the service is above reproach. We had rachel every time by pure chance and she was amazing!”
“Compared to other fast food options Culvers really towers above the rest. Its our family's favorite place to go. Im terms of fast food it doesn't get much better.
There is a lot of variety on the menu including their own root beer, many sides, and desert. Culvers is clean and the staff is courteous. We love Culvers.”
“We had a great time. Sat at the bar and the bartender was quick. Had great drink service and a big plate of fried goodness (the Sampler). The manager was working all the stations and pitching in everywhere. Sorry about the broken glass 😆. Food and drink prices were great. We're not from Ft Collins but I would return if I'm in the area.”

“The chicken is great with the chili powder and the wasabi soy sauce was creamy and spicy.
The portion size and balance of ingredients were really excellent, and the young man behind the counter was incredibly patient and courteous 😊. The menu organization left much to be desired.”
“this coffee shop is seriously the best! there’s a reason there are so many good reviews! the aesthetic is super cool and perfect for studying or meeting a friend for coffee. The coffee is stellar- i got a gingerbread latte with toasted cinnamon and it was soo good! the customer service is top notch, the best of any coffee shop i’ve been to. the music isn’t too loud which makes it perfect for studying.”
“This is our new neighborhood pizza spot...and it's right next door to Elevation 5003 Distillery, so what's not to like about that?! Listen, this place is not fancy...but who cares?...pizza's not fancy. Raymond and his family are amazing hosts who clearly love hospitality and pizza. We've had the Margherita, the more traditional cheese pie and the Detroit-style. All were delicious! We felt like we were back on the East Coast eating NY pizza...but the people around us were friendly. (No offense to my fellow NY/NJ peeps, but you know what I mean.)”
“This place is AHMAZING!! Their rolled ice cream is delicious and they can accommodate dairy-free (which is just as delicious). They can also have vegan, dye free, and gluten free options so there's something for everyone. Their drinks are great too and the atmosphere is very lovely. Great service, tons of fun spots for large and small groups and multiple play spots for kids + an outdoor patio during good weather. Absolutely would recommend! 🍦☕🩷”
“Great vibe, killer food that is vegan-able (top-notch sourdough), deep coffee, and the sweetest owners who also own Bindle. Golden curry soup (vegan) & winter cara cara salad, both with sourdough toast, gave me a very happy belly without weighing me down. Places like this make all the difference.”
“Chicken fajitas VERY good with plenty of red and green peppers for a change. The enchilada dinner plate was huge and was enjoyed mucho! Taco Salad was so-so. Churros with ice cream were great, crispy and cinnamon-y, but quite tiny compared to the menu pics. The service took too long for how slow it was that night, but overall was a good experience.”
“Great atmosphere and bartenders. I have been there several times and have tried many different things on the menu and everything taste awesome. Great taste with a great price! It’s a great place to go out and have drinks with the boys watching some football, and you can also bring the kids as they have a kids menu and a few different games to keep the kids engaged. This is my new favorite place on Sundays to watch football. Go EAGLES!”
