Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!”

In Jan 16th we had our yearly Old Town Progressive dinner where our members go to three locations together-appetizers then a main course then for coffee. Our event organizer members showed up to our first venue and saw a sign that said “closed due to furnace issues”. It was 16 degrees out and 47 members were set to arrive in 30 minutes. The organizers started asking stores if they could host us. The second store we asked was The Welsh Rabbit. They allowed us in and we were in for a treat. Their cheezes were amazing, the ambience so pleasant and many of our members lined up to purchase items. They saved our evening. This store is an example of the heart of Fort Collins! We thank them so very much for what they did for us. Give this business a try! If you need gourmet items, dine wines and delicious cheeses for any event then why he Welsh Rabbit is where you need to visit!”

The other baked goods are really tasty, you can't go wrong with any choice really. It's more of a "grab and go" type of place but they have some seating and on occasion I have definitely sat and enjoyed a cup of coffee. The staff is also really nice and helpful.”

The seabass in passion fruit juice is to die for. Everything we tried was exceptional and we ordered 75% of what is on the menu to try and little of everything... the carne asada with mole sauce is exceptional.. the octopus dish was great, the seabass main course was nothing short of spectacular. If you are a foodie man this place is going to check off all the boxes. Was the evening perfect? No... but will we be back.. ? They open at 4:00. We will be there waiting for them to let us in... it's that good people.”

We started with crabcakes for the appetizer which were great! For our entrees, I had the scallops and they were so soft, "non chewy" melt in your mouth delicious! I can't say enough about how good they were!!! My husband had the Patagonia steelhead and it was also equally delicious. Our salads were fresh and tasteful. The desserts were also fabulous! The portion sizes were just right, so that you didn't need a to go box and yet did not feel overly stuffed either. We will definitely be returning”

Mary’s Mountain Cookies also had wooden towers you could rent as a decorative piece to put your cookies on.”

As I was leaving, the owner gently approached me and asked if I was going through treatment and suggested great smoothies designed with chemotherapy patients in mind Hulk was one of the two! I was so full of gratitude when she took time to tell me cause belly issues are common and an easy to hold down men or drink is so important during this time !! The manager told me they don't do call ahead on weekends and they also will not move tables together so my son's birthday party will need to sit at separate tables. Once we arrived they sat 4 separate parties that came after us. They then told us they would not seat us until more staff comes in, for 11 people. They went to seat us at 2 separate tables after waiting for 20 minutes. We then requested the big table in the back that sat all of us comfortably, and we are not small people. This was a joke. 2 of the steaks were inedible they had so much seasoning on them and my plate was drenched in oil. Horrible experience and manager. also there was a 10 month old puppy at the table next to us, sitting in the bench and barking. seriously disappointed. we have eaten here for years and sadly will not be back, we will drive to the one in Thornton”

“We hosted a welcome drinks event for our wedding weekend here, and it was absolutely amazing! Mandie and her team were wonderful to work with—so organized and attentive that we were able to simply relax and enjoy the evening with our guests.
The space itself is fantastic, with plenty of seating and room to spread out. Our guests especially loved the cornhole and dart boards, which added such a fun touch. The beer was excellent, and all the small bites were a huge hit with everyone.
We couldn’t recommend this spot enough—whether you’re planning an event or just stopping in for a great beer, it’s a perfect choice. We’ll definitely be making this a must-visit whenever we’re in Fort Collins!”

“The tea was lovely and in a beautiful space atop the Elizabeth Hotel. We had some trouble finding the lounge when we were sent up the guest elevator by the front desk, with no direction. We got off on the 5th floor to find guest rooms and hallways but no signage as to where the lounge was located. I have been there before, but we used a dedicated elevator by the Magic Rat and apparently that elevator was not in service, so they sent us up to fend for ourselves. We ran into other guests wandering the halls and someone finally came out of an unmarked door to direct us inside. We made it. The set up was nice and the lounge seating was roomy and comfortable. There were 4 teas offered, and we tried 3 of them, all delicious. We ordered a bottle of sparkling rose that was also nice. The food offerings were decent but would have loved more of a tea sandwich or more substantial bites. They did have 2 types of scones with 2 spreads, 4 small savory bites and 3 dessert bites. Again, it was all pretty good (not the liver pate, it was very gamey) but would have loved a little more substance in the savory offering. We spent nearly 2 hours enjoying the view and the piano player. I would recommend this tea for the ambiance and views for sure.”

Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!”

We started with crabcakes for the appetizer which were great! For our entrees, I had the scallops and they were so soft, "non chewy" melt in your mouth delicious! I can't say enough about how good they were!!! My husband had the Patagonia steelhead and it was also equally delicious. Our salads were fresh and tasteful. The desserts were also fabulous! “I don't usually comment on big chains, but without saying a word about it, Maddy convinced me otherwise.
The food exceeded my expectations, and I didn't even get pasta. The salmon was super-tasty and tender, the garlicked broccoli done to perfection. The dinner companions, all of whom actually did get pasta, thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. I don't eat much bread, but I found myself snarfing down those tasty breadsticks.
The service. Ah, yes. Here we go. Maddy was perfect, and I don't say that lightly. She was at the table quickly after we sat down. She checked on us often enough that we knew we were being cared for, but stayed away enough to let us have uninterrupted time together. She brought a refill for me before I had my glass finished.
Maddy had a constant genuine smile and beamed a positive attitude every second she was at our table, including while unloading a dinner plate tray that was bigger than she was. When I threw out lightly snarky humor, she was quick with a friendly and funny rejoinder.
I wish we could clone Maddy for every restaurant in the country. Seriously, I'm old, and I have never had better or more enjoyable service at a restaurant.
