Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!”

In Jan 16th we had our yearly Old Town Progressive dinner where our members go to three locations together-appetizers then a main course then for coffee. Our event organizer members showed up to our first venue and saw a sign that said “closed due to furnace issues”. It was 16 degrees out and 47 members were set to arrive in 30 minutes. The organizers started asking stores if they could host us. The second store we asked was The Welsh Rabbit. They allowed us in and we were in for a treat. Their cheezes were amazing, the ambience so pleasant and many of our members lined up to purchase items. They saved our evening. This store is an example of the heart of Fort Collins! We thank them so very much for what they did for us. Give this business a try! If you need gourmet items, dine wines and delicious cheeses for any event then why he Welsh Rabbit is where you need to visit!”

For sweets I got the mango ice cream with kulfi pistachio 🤤. I sampled a few and they were all great 😊🤤🤤🤤 not sure what the other comments are talking about everything delicious and unique such a great way to highlight their culture. “We stumbled upon The Corner Slice while walking around downtown Fort Collins, looking for something quick and easy that could work for our whole family—including our baby daughter—and it turned out to be the perfect spot.
Right off the bat, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always sets the tone for a good experience. They had March Madness basketball on the TVs, which added a fun energy to the place, and their selection of sodas, beer, and wine was way better than I expected for a casual pizza joint.
I started off with a slice of cheese pizza and some garlic bread, and let me tell you—it was so good I had to get up and order another slice. You know a pizza place is doing something right when a single slice isn’t enough and you find yourself going back for more. The crust, the sauce, the cheese—everything was just spot on.
The whole vibe of the place was relaxed and welcoming, super family-friendly, and just the kind of spot you want in a neighborhood like this. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, hanging with friends, or bringing your kids along, it’s got everything you need.
We had such a wonderful time, and I’m honestly already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and want great pizza with great people in a great location. This one’s a gem.
Parking: You have to find street parking, but like any place in downtown Fort Collins it’s hit or miss. There are some paid parking, garages, walking distance, though!

Hubby can't have soy oil; he was super happy about that”

The other baked goods are really tasty, you can't go wrong with any choice really. “We used Mary’s Mountain Cookies for our wedding desert. We had about 75 guests at our wedding. Our guests and we loved Mary’s Mountain Cookies. They even made the almond glazed sugar cookies into hearts for our guests. We had it as a grab and go station instead of doing the typical wedding cake and it worked out perfectly. Mary’s Mountain Cookies also had wooden towers you could rent as a decorative piece to put your cookies on.”

We had Miss Hailey as our server and she was excellent. We were seated immediately around 4:15pm for dinner. The atmosphere of the entire restaurant is like a rustic cabin but super clean and with superior style. The music they play in here is not too loud and a nice mix / playlist. The food, again, is phenomenal and ain’t cheap but you get more than what you pay for! Very friendly staff, excellent food, inviting atmosphere…We are completely satisfied and we shall return, Deo Volente!”

I was really impressed with all the options for different meat, cheeses and many french bakery treats, including a couple gluten free options! must try there macarons. They are perfect. If u want any of these treats, come early as when they sell out, there gone. All staff seemed to love there jobs. I was very impressed with all the french treats, goodies and had a little of everything. This deli is a must try if u are in the area! We will be back!”

“We come here all the time, this will be the last time. I called at 12, party of 11 people, I was told to call back at 3 for a reservation at 4pm and talk to a manager. The manager told me they don't do call ahead on weekends and they also will not move tables together so my son's birthday party will need to sit at separate tables. Once we arrived they sat 4 separate parties that came after us. They then told us they would not seat us until more staff comes in, for 11 people. They went to seat us at 2 separate tables after waiting for 20 minutes. We then requested the big table in the back that sat all of us comfortably, and we are not small people. This was a joke. 2 of the steaks were inedible they had so much seasoning on them and my plate was drenched in oil. For drinks, I had the Mule-Berry, which was made with vodka, strawberries, lime, and ginger beer. It was refreshingly balanced, not too sweet, which was a nice surprise. One is plenty for me unless I'm starving, then I go for two and then I'm too full and say I should have just stuck to one. LOL The lengua is the best I've ever tasted. It's so tender and delicious. “I don't usually comment on big chains, but without saying a word about it, Maddy convinced me otherwise.
The food exceeded my expectations, and I didn't even get pasta. The salmon was super-tasty and tender, the garlicked broccoli done to perfection. The dinner companions, all of whom actually did get pasta, thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. I don't eat much bread, but I found myself snarfing down those tasty breadsticks.
The service. Ah, yes. Here we go. Maddy was perfect, and I don't say that lightly. She was at the table quickly after we sat down. She checked on us often enough that we knew we were being cared for, but stayed away enough to let us have uninterrupted time together. She brought a refill for me before I had my glass finished.
Maddy had a constant genuine smile and beamed a positive attitude every second she was at our table, including while unloading a dinner plate tray that was bigger than she was. When I threw out lightly snarky humor, she was quick with a friendly and funny rejoinder.
I wish we could clone Maddy for every restaurant in the country. Seriously, I'm old, and I have never had better or more enjoyable service at a restaurant.
