Jimmy John's in Fort Collins

“The girl taking my order was so kind, friendly, and patient as I stumbled through a larger order! They were also so quick, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes despite ordering 5 sandwiches. This was my first time here, and I would absolutely come back :)“

“We ordered lunch from here for the first time in a while. I got an unwich and my husband got a favorite. Both of our sandwiches were incredibly light on the lunch meat and both were missing several of the veggies we asked for. So much so, we had to add our own lunch meat upon delivery. At $11 a sandwich I figured it would be worth a call to see if something could be done to make it right. The gentleman I talked to on the phone immediately apologized and offered to remake the sandwiches or refund us.

I love Jimmy John’s and even though things weren’t right this time, I really appreciate the good customer service. We’ll be back again soon. Thank you Jimmy John’s!“

“Wow I can't say enough about the professionalism, customer service and amazing toasted sandwiches at this Jimmy Johns. I had a not so great experience and shared the information with the manager to try and help and they responded with interest and a desire to try and correct going forward which is really all I'm interested in. If I have a bad experience that's life it happens but I try and see if there's an opportunity for a correction so possibly someone else doesn't have to experience the same. And the new toasted subs are Spot On! Quiznos back in the day was amazing and these are as good. Highly recommend toasted chicken ranch which was perfectly proportioned, hot, with loads of chicken. Well done!“

“We eat here on occasion. Everytime we have eaten at Jimmy's John's it has been very good. Never had a problem. If I had a complaint, it would be the tomatoes. They are sometimes ok, and other times not ok. But I get that at any sandwich shop. So I don't get tomatoes on my sandwich. That's an easy enough fix.
I have always loved Jimmy John's.“
