They make the birthday guest feel special with one beautiful red rose, complimentary small glass of sparkling wine to toast and a free yummy desert. “My husband and I love this Yard House! Its central location makes it perfect for meeting up with friends and acquaintances from all over the state, so we use it a lot. The Gardein options are also fabulous because we have a number of vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, etc friends, as well as individuals with allergies. Other than one or two mistakes with that very rarely (which are always very promptly addressed and fixed), we've never had issues with friends who need accommodations. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are super friendly and personable.

Vegetarian options: Yard House offers Gardein as substitutes for various animal product ingredients, and is always willing to accommodate any dietary needs for our friends.“

“Yard house is a very consistent spot! They always have great service, big menu, and the food is always reasonably priced. This is a great spot if you are traveling and just want something consistent. This location is right off of 16th street mall downtown Denver which is very convenient to many hotels downtown as well!“

“This place is amazing starting from the incredible experience with Robin whom went above and beyond to Coordinate an amazing event. Meegan and Orlando were so incredibly personable! I enjoyed the atmosphere, the food was great. I got to meet the awesome serving team and head chef, everyone was kind and made sure to check on us. I watched all the staff work together to make sure our food for a party of 40 was delivered quickly. The chicken liver toast ($10) is not only gorgeous, but also delicious and full of different textures. Their Texas toast is made with high-quality heirloom grains, which I also thought was cool.

Popcorn chicken ($10) was fantastic! Juicy inside, perfectly crispy on the outside, but not too crunchy or overbreaded. Highly recommend any of their fried chicken dishes after having that!

The sashimi platter was beautiful and tasted great, but at $26, I’d honestly pass on this next time and get sashimi at a sushi spot.

The dry-aged half duck was sooooooo good! Perfectly cooked and so much flavor, even in the purple lettuce leaves on the side (not sure exactly what they were). It’s the most expensive main at $78, but considering the quality and that it is easily big enough for two, I’d say that’s reasonable. I’d love to try the pork chop char siu next time ($65) — and their wagyu short rib is only $58 (all these are meant to be for two people).“

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at to date. I rented the suite with city view for my wife and I. I am already planning our next stay, cannot get enough of this place. Great location, clean and fun atmosphere. Rooms are absolutely incredible. It is in the arts district so the vibes are awesomely contemporary. One of our favorite features was the door that opens up garage style. It opens up to allow the city ambiance and smells into your room as well as one of the greatest views of downtown Denver you can have for the stay. Thank you THE SOURCE HOTEL“

“Be aware they are now charging a “service charge”. It’s was not noted on the menu nor did the server inform us of the charge. The only reason I found out is I requested a printed receipt. The receipt recommended an additional tip be between 2-7% on top of the charge. Yet when I paid the machine prompted an additional 15 or 18% tip so I tipped 18 even tho our service was bad cuz I use to be a server. The unfortunate part is I didn’t look at the receipt for over a week after I visited. I’m very disappointed that I’m being charged a “service fee” and at no time was it ever brought to my attention that this is a new thing.“

Westy’s has standard diner food, better-than-average coffee (it’s standard diner drip coffee but without the burnt flavor), and exceptionally friendly service. “I love going to McCoy's.
It has become one of my regular stops on Sundays. Sometimes, even on Saturdays, we usually have breakfast. But they have a great menu with lots of options, there is something for everyone. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs.
We also went there for Thanksgiving dinner, and their Thanksgiving dinner was the best. This has become one of my favorite places to eat.

Vegetarian options: I am not sure about their vegetarian options. But the staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have about the menu.They are also very willing to change anything. I am allergic to eggs. And when I get breakfast, I just have them omit the eggs from any of my dishes. And they are happy to do it.

Kid-friendliness: I haven't seen very many kids or babies here. It looks like it would be kid friendly.“
