“What a phenomenal experience my husband and I had tonight! First off I should say we have never experienced a dining experience like this before and we were not sure what to expect, but we were blown away from start to finish! As we first walked into the restaurant we were greeted with a huge smile and warm welcoming from the host Lana, who kindly sat us at our table. Immediately as we were sat we were greeted by Adam the bartender with a glass of champagne! I mentioned I was pregnant and couldn’t not drink and he immediately apologized and offered me a sparkling nonalcoholic champagne. My husband also ordered a cocktail and Adam was very thoughtful and made me a mocktail (actually 2 different ones) both were absolutely delicious. After we were settled in that’s where the fun began. The Head chef Michael came to the table and introduced himself and explained the menu along with asking us if we had any dietary restrictions, or didn’t like anything specifically. We ended up going with the Chefs tasting menu to get the full experience. Each course was brought out by the Head chef or a staff member and was explained to us in detail of how he came about the dish itself along with how it was made and the ingredients. From the mini plates to the main course to the mini dessert to the main dessert everything was made with passion and love for food! My husband and myself are both very blown away from this whole experience and very grateful for the way the staff and the entire team worked together to make this an unforgettable experience that will never be forgotten!“

For first I came alone for a dinner and to drink one cocktail. Server Ryan was great he understood my English and did not even show that my accent is horrible, then I make an order and in few minutes he brings me a cocktail ( it was not what I want, I mean it was too strong for me) so I ask to add some ice or juice. He did it and then he ask me again how is that, and when he saw on my face that I am still not happy with my choice, he take it and give me another one. Great service! I ordered Alfredo pasta, OH MY GOOOD(like from TV show friends) it is so delicious! I will come back for Blueberry mojito and Pasta Alfredo.“

“went with a friend. never again! was told it would be a 30min wait it looked not very busy. waited 45min to be seated. (The host seemed like she did not like her job at all) i ordered the avocado toast w/ side of bacon. the arugula piled high ruined the taste of meal, the tomatoes sliced where not ripe too hard to chew, the bacon was hard like it had been sitting around for a while. and the bread was thick and dry with barely any avocado. my friends meal all American breakfast cold potatoes and not good food she barely ate any of it. no apologies just an over worked waitress. ive been to syrup (different place) before way better food and service worth the extra drive!!!!“

“Olive & Finch is hands down one of my favorite spots. The food is fresh, flavorful, and you can tell they put real care into every plate. Everything tastes homemade and high quality. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, whether you’re stopping in quick or sitting down to enjoy your meal.

The staff was friendly and made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a place with great food and good vibes, Olive & Finch is definitely worth it. I’ll be back for sure!“

The dinner was prix fixe, with a menu that completely satisfied my wide palate but not quite that of my wife. However, we worked that out to everyone's satisfaction and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. I knocked down my rating on ambience because the temperature in the space was too cool, particularly where we were seated by the window and under an HVAC vent. Otherwise, we will likely revisit soon.“

“We really enjoyed our birthday dinner for two at Hillstone. We shared "Osaka Style" pressed sushi, spinach & artichoke dip and grilled heirloom artichokes - a delicacy IMHO. I chose a New Zealand white wine (having just returned from NZ) and it was excellent. The restaurant was near capacity when we arrived and we were seated within a few minutes of the time of our reservation. Table service, the wait staff and the assistant manager who checked on us were very attentive, very professional and very friendly. Top flight in every way.“

The chef does everything, from greeting you when you walk in, taking your order, cooking your food, delivering your food and drinks and clearing the table. “This is my favorite restaurant! The food has a sensuous and complex flavor profile while also being rustic Italian. You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. And the staff treat their guests like they’ve invited you into their own home. Jessica was amazing! All together, going to Luca’s is like getting the perfect big warm hug.“

“we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“

“I’m from Chicago and love gourmet dining in that city. Imagine my surprise when I entered the wine bar at Satchel’s with a group of friends to be seated for a wedding luncheon that began with the first of seven tasting courses of food that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! Andrew, the chef/owner, is not only innovative with ingredients, but he and his staff really care about their customers’ pleasure and comfort. If I am ever able to return to the Denver area again, Satchel’s will be my first go-to destination. The luncheon was 1st class all the way.“

Authentic diner atmosphere with really good food. The giant cinnamon roll was out of this world, definitely something you'd want to share. It's a restaurant that's worth checking out.“
