“I live in Lincoln and we have nursing students sharing our senior apartment complex. One of our favorite nursing students told us her mother owns this bakery and makes biscotti. Since I have Italian heritage in my family, I'm very familiar with these dunking cookies and usually order them on Amazon (Nonni's). ENJOY BISCOTTI did not disappoint. I ENJOYED them, especially since they don't go to to mush when you dunk them (like most others do). They are delicious and keep their crispness after dunking to give you a substantial cookie when you put them in your mouth to chew. Oh, and also, the packaging is beautiful (the black box and lovely colorful wrapping paper). ENJOY!“

Unfortunately, my son pressed on the lid and messed up some of the letters but, it was perfectly done when I picked it up lol.

“Apologies this review is so late, I got married in July 2025 at Red Rocks and we wanted a simple 2 tiered cake reflective of Red Rocks. I believe the baker's name was Sarah, who was very kind and professional for each call and visit to the store. The consultation was quick and easy, sample portions are big and affordable. We showed a few inspiration photos for the cake but also gave free reign for her to be creative (and keep it simple). We absolutely loved our cake and it was so delicious! (The cake toppers were not provided by the bakery**) The cost for the cake and delivery were well below several other bakeries in the area and overall we were extremely pleased with our experience and cake.“
