“I went in today and got some eggs Benedict. The first ones came out overcooked, the second round they were almost hard boiled eggs. Thats not the point though. The service was amazing and even though I knew my server was overwhelmed at the time, she still stopped and checked in this is by far the best breakfast/brunch spot in the area.

“This place gets a little shade now that they've expanded their reach and I think that has resulted in a perceived decline in quality. I generally only get their corned beef hash, however because it is consistently good (on a previous visit it came up short on the amount of corned beef, but staff brought out a nice sized plate of extra CBH as a result). I add a pancake as well and they are creative and good.

I had the best experience there recently with server Val as she was the most attentive server I've ever had there, especially considering I was the only person on the patio. I usually sit at the bar and find that service is lacking there and employees are more concerned with closing tasks in the last hour of operation than the people at the bar. Snooze needs more Vals!“

“We went for breakfast and the food was on point. Had the country Benedict and the Homestead breakfast with the biscuits and gravy, scrabbled eggs and hash browns. We also had the iced espresso horchata chai. Everything was very delicious. The portions were good sized.The service was excellent and fast.“

“Le Peep has become a regular stop for me and my family on Sundays. We love the food and it's in a good location. The seating can be a little tight, but it speaks to the popularity of the restaurant, which is a good thing. I appreciate that they have seasonal drinks (I'm not sure if alcohol is served, but I don't think it is) and a kids menu that my kids really enjoy. I especially love their fresh bowls of fruit.“

“Came here with my cousin directly after the Gothic Takeover at Lakeside on Saturday 5/16 and we CLEARLY did not read the sign on the door about the hours, we came in like 1 hour before closing time (I APOLOGIZE AGAIN) but our host and server were so, so amazing! Cannot stress this enough, it was all laughter, smiles, and fantastic energy in there and they were playing BANGERS! I've never had such an incredible experience at an ihop before in my life, I did not catch the host or server's names working that night, but give those people a raise TODAY!!! They're awesome 💗“
