“Had a bit of a rough morning while traveling, so we decided to stop by for some coffee. While there, I went to pick up our coffees, the lid popped off one of them, & coffee spilled everywhere! I felt terrible. The employee who helped me was so kind & helpful. She even made me a new coffee. It made my day!

“This place is great… Even tho it’s on a college campus and they don’t do rewards you can always earn the stars so I’m never losing and most of the time the merchandise is on sale because the students can’t buy them with their student cards so I found my new Starbucks home

“I dont visit the Starbucks very often but when I do I order my favorite through the drive through. It varies by visit on the speed of service as there are normally a few cars in the drive through with me. I have also noticed, since I always order the same drink. Sometimes it's made perfect! Other times its lacking a few things so the consistency is a little off.“
“The batista made my drink wrong, and then gave me a blank stair when i mentioned it then slowly started to remake another, by which time I was already walking away, and told him to not bother. It's not the usual service i get, so i suspect i will revise this at a later time.“
