The staff are so kind and helpful; they even worked with my grandmother to surprise me with a shipment of macarons when I was living out of state! I only wish I lived closer so I could have them all the time. Whether you're a known macaron enjoyer, a curious first timer, or just someone looking for a yummy dessert, Honey B's is the place to go! “I previously had an issue with Cleanliness with staff and how they handled food. I got in contact with management, and he was very responsive, understanding and dedicated to fixing the issue. After a few threads of emails, Deklan (the manager) made it a point to express his concern with the service received as it reflects on his leadership and business practices. I was given a box of 4 cookies for free to make up for the mistake one of his team members made. He made sure it was understood amongst his team that the mistake couldn’t happen again, and communicated the resolution to me as well. I am very appreciative of the response time, leadership, understanding and kindness I received when I addressed a concern. I have never had a bad experience at this store otherwise and always love their cookies. I stop in at least once a week and my husband and I share some cookies without disappointment every time. The cookies are always extremely fresh, exactly as described, and stay fresh for several days in the box. I love that they have new flavors every week, and each week I add a new favorite to my list. “Nice variety of colossal size cookies. Quiet little cookie shop in Highlands Ranch. $3.50 for a plain cookie or $4.50 to have something written on it. Reasonable prices. I had a buy one get one coupon from the val-pack mailer, so I decided to check it out. I will come back and try the ice cream and definitely keep it mind for gifts and birthdays.“

“I placed an order a week or so in advance to pickup a pie the day before Thanksgiving, but totally forgot to add dinner rolls. This was my first time picking up Thanksgiving preorder items from this bakery, so I assumed I could just buy dinner rolls when I arrived to get my pie. I had no idea how busy they are with pretty much the entire restaurant filled with pickup orders with a line of people constantly in and out. I will say I waited in a very quick line to get my pie, but was sad to learn that they did not have any extra dinner rolls I could purchase along with my pie. Amanda helped me with my pie and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so cheerful and kind to everyone. She told me to come back to the bakery around 8:30 a half hour before they closed to see if they had any extra dinner rolls then. So I did. I walked in at 8:40 and a younger gentleman on the register assisted me (wish I would have got his name). He said "yes, we have some extras now." He walked over to a stack of rolls, handed them to me, told me I could just have them and to have a Happy Thanksgiving. I totally expected to pay, so this was a surprise. It was so kind of him and I was very appreciative. This location has wonderful staff. I'll be coming here a lot more and this location has definitely become my new Holiday pickup bakery. “The cashier was AWESOME. Very pleasant and personable. My friend and I do weekly Bestie Breakfast dates and only eat outside despite the weather, due to Covid. When we told him this, he went outside and turned on the heater for us! It was very appreciated! The food was also great! This will now be our new breakfast spot!“

“I’m from Ukraine and haven’t enjoyed bread for 5.5 years ever since I moved to the U.S. and then I found Spruce House Brea that happened to be on my street. And I’m so happy I did! The chicken was great, qubly is amazing. Make sure to get that.
Make sure to get bread to go, great bread. Seating was lifetime chairs. No one came to make sure our food was good or to offer anything. No pictures of what you’re ordering, have to guess. With them not speaking English and no pictures, you’re in for an adventure.

Don’t come here expecting great service but do come with the expectation of getting good food.“

When you walk in if you go to the right they always have discount stuff even though the stuff is heavily discounted to begin with.
They do stock some seasonal stuff and carry brands you don't know they make.
I always get the Orowheat breads Thomas, English muffins and the bagels.. they have a lot of Spanish stuff. Lots of different sweet bakery things. I've tried a few. I'm not as fond of those but they're cheap enough to try.“

A great place to purchase bread at a huge discount. The bread is not day old. It could be because the plastic wrap print was smudged or the factory made too much and they need to sell it.
