Granted, I will say, every time I have gone, it has been completely dead or maybe like... one other person ordering, so that could be a factor. I tend to go at off-hours, apparently.That being said, the staff here are really nice. I typically order online but have done a couple in-store orders. It's usually this same girl with glasses and she's very nice. Sometimes its someone else, point is though, staff is very polite and helpful.Also, delicious sandwiches! “I decided to get a reuben. It was a difficult decision because they an extensive menu with all my favorites. It was a great reuben, maybe the best i've had and there have been a lot. The staff was polite, friendly, and patient with me. The sandwich came out quick and the pickle for dessert was great. I can't wait to return to get a different sandwich, but I might just end up getting another reuben.“

“Snarf I have visited other snarf locations and mostly they're the same. The service is great. The food is awesome, I really love their sandwiches. So much better than the competitors, but they're potato salad and macaroni salad are so like New York style it is the best I've had outside of living there. I wish we had a location closer. Yes, there's one at 144th and I-25. It is worth my time to drive down there from Frederick.“
