From breakfast sandiwches, to kolaches (not the Czech pastry), to burritos, they've got you covered. Power was out yet the baristas were still super upbeat and friendly. So nice!! I ordered a toasted marshmallow cold brew and a raspberry honey almond scone (boyfriend has never tried one…great first one to have!). The coffee was perfect. Just enough flavor but not too sweet and the cold brew was absolutely to die for on this hot day! The scone was also super yummy. We warmed it up in the truck and it made the perfect afternoon snack! My husband wrote on an old receipt "Shhh....sleeping baby" in the hope that they would not wake our gremlin. Not only did the person who came to our window take our order through whispers, but also went back inside and had them turn down the music so when we got to the window it wouldn't wake the baby. “Loved brunch at the Emporium. Bright and clean place to enjoy our Sunday brunch before heading out to the mountains. Our server, Robert, was especially good. He was friendly, engaging as well as professional. We enjoyed chatting with him as he often refilled our coffees and made sure we had everything we needed. The food as well as the coffee were absolutely delicious, but we did wish our eggs had been a bit hotter. (The Beignets and the Smashed Potatoes were HOT and oh so good!)
