“This is officially our new favorite tapas in Denver! I had the best two different mezcal margaritas that I’ve ever had. The plates were very big as tapas go, and everything was delicious. It was very fairly priced given the large portion sizes. I especially recommend the chef’s choice cheese and the garlic trio. Service was the best part of a wonderful experience, and we had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful chef, who explained each dish to us and made recommendations. We will absolutely be back.“

“Fantastic place, you can't go wrong. The service is unmatched. The fish is very tender and fresh, especially if you follow the waiter's suggestions. They are very generous, as well. Rolls are well filled and flavorful, plus their special rolls are topped with cuts as well. You can get a large meal for two with drinks for around $100 out the door and will really feel you've got your money's worth. The decor is a bit strange, but it's kind of amusing and charming.“

I made a reservation a week earlier and when we showed up there was barley anyone there, the manager or owner or who ever she is said we had 1 hour and a half at max to finish our meal. This establishment is definitely not a turn and burn. If I’m spending over 25 dollars a plate I’m going to enjoy it with the feel or want to be rushed. You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. We had eggplant, the famous brown butter egg dish, grilled pork, crudo, and jelly dessert. The pork was our favorite of the bunch, as well as the crudo. The egg dish gets a lot of attention. I thought it was fine, but believe most of the flavor there is the brown butter. It did not live up to the hype for me. All the food was yummy, but there is nothing that truly blew me away.
The service on the other hand did. Our server was amazing. So attentive, yet chill, and very good at reading her customers. She was probably the best server I have ever experienced. Very nice atmosphere and professional staff. This was stand out.
