“The staff at Fossil Craft Beer was friendly. They have a different food truck outside every day of the week with a weekly schedule. They offer multiple Craft beers that are brewed on site. Lots of places to sit indoors and out. Very unique! Also pet friendly.“
“Wonderful family gathering place. Food is good, albeit pricey. Beer is fantastic, and the servers are more than happy to explain the menu with you and provide you with samples of their draught beer before obliging yourself to a full pint. Free tabletop shuffleboard and dogs welcome on the patio. They also have a nice store for Bristol gear and treats for humans and dogs. Bristol hosts numerous events in their taproom and partners with other vendors, organizations, and charities in the area- make sure to check both their website as well as ivywild school for the best up to date information.“

“Seven's gate is awesome! My wife and I went last Tuesday and had a beer and an app! The Reuben wontons were top notch, and the recommended cider was the best I've had, ever! (Wish I remembered the name).
I also left an expensive pair of sunglasses they were kind enough to find and hold onto to for me. Great service and trustworthy? A RARITY THESE DAYS!

“7/26/2023 Ate here for our last night in Colorado. Our waitress was great, bison queso was delicious, drinks were even better! Highly recommend the adult root beer along with the fish tacos. Super yummy!“

“Service and atmosphere were excellent. The Incline burger was pretty good. The salt & pepper fries were lacking in flavor (did not seemed to be seasoned much) and tasted underbaked. I would return again but would skip out on the fries or try the truffle fries instead. I loved how they did their beer wall as the beers were separated out by flavor (hoppy vs fruity, etc.).“
