“Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“WOW!!! Another One Of Our "GO-TO" Restaurants This restaurant has become one of our "GO-TO" restaurants when we come to or go through Colorado Springs. It is very conveniently located in the newer area on the north end of Colorado Springs. The food is fabulous and the menu feature of 1/2 sandwich and soup is just right for a light meal. The Monte Cristo sandwich is done perfectly!!! The chicken tender salad is always a favorite of my wife. Marie was on duty that evening - Leadship On Duty!!! Marie came by our table several times and when I see the leadership working the crowd it speaks volumes for the entire operation. Kirsti took care of our table and she frequently came by to make sure the food and service met our satisfaction. WOW!!! A super nice evening with great food, great service, and attention to detail. Marie and Kirsti - you are the best!!!“

“I love Dutch but today was let down. Got my drink wrong with size didn't even offer to fix just said oh I checked with you several times with you. When I don't remember even being asked about my size. I would have paid the difference but no offer at all to fix the size issue. Normally they would be right on that. Just not today. I went today mainly to try one of the new soft tops. I go about 2 to 3 times a week. Haven't had this issue before. I just was let down today.“

But I wanted to post a five-star review today, because I ordered a caramel brulee latte with whole milk, and I want to give credit to whoever made it. It tastes absolutely delicious. “7/26/2023 Ate here for our last night in Colorado. Our waitress was great, bison queso was delicious, drinks were even better! Highly recommend the adult root beer along with the fish tacos. Super yummy!“

“we were traveling to New Mexico and stopped by the Crackerbarrel in Colo. Springs. It was Friday so we both ordered the Fish Fry and sides. Nice large portions of fish and everything was very tasty. Will stop by there again if traveling through.“

“I had the Nashville Daddy sandwich with fries. The sandwich was very juicy and tender. The fries were good. Their ranch dressing to dip your fries in was awesome. I would recommend everyone try Daddys!!!“

“We missed the sign: wait to be seated. So we seated ourselves. As a result we waited 5 minutes before going back to the front so we could get menus & service. Food was good and waitress did speed up service when we told her we seated ourselves.“

“I felt compelled to leave a review, after having such a wonderful experience at this location two days ago. We have been eating at Noodles chains for over a decade, but this most recent experience was even above and beyond what we have come to expect. The food was exceptionally good, the staff were conscientious and the service was very fast. We were very impressed. The staff seemed happy to be there and it made a difference on our experience. Thank you!“
