“These guys have nailed it! Coming from the Chicago area, its been real difficult to find food that reminds me of home. These guys however, they are Cicero inspired. They taste exactly how the food in Cicero/Chicago taste. every time I eat there I get little hints of being home again. My family and I are regulars at this restaurant for this EXACT reason. Apparently most of the US agrees aswell! Keep up the good work and great food!“

“This family owned and operated restaurant is a must visit. The food is so tasty and flavorful. Using organic corn, they hand make their own masa. It really pays of in the flavor or their tacos, gorditas, and quesadillas. The veggies are locally sourced. The meat is roasted and cooked to perfection. The prices are also very affordable! At the time of this review, they did not have their liquor license, but we were allowed to bring in our own beer, which we brought in from a local brewery. The goal is to have margaritas and more once they get their license. I highly recommend this place, for lunch or dinner, for a date or for the family. I will be sure to return. *No photos of food because we ate it too fast, but it was super yummy! We tried the chips and guacamole, the burrito with barbacoa, and and combination plate. Even the rice and beans sides were delicious!“

Their birria was amazing as well as the carnitas was good but the chicharron wasnt to my liking was a bit dry burnt or reheated. The srvice was ok decent fast but cpukd be friendlier. Ibwent a coulple times actually amd the secon tien was givem friendlier service amybe just an off day. The prices were very reasonable so i may stop by in the future but fron whatvi tried i would stick with thwir specialty of birira quesabirrias.“

“I would recommend this restaurant for someone who never had Mexican food ever, its dishes are really good. I had the Queso Del Mar, great plate to have with tortilla, it’s just that the cheese was really hard to pull. Also gave the Green Chile Soup a try and it was perfect for the rainy day outside and just warmed my whole body up. The Strawberry Margarita was interesting, not my favorite mocktail but still worth a try!“
