“We went Friday evening and it was a long wait which we expected. I have to say that they work very well together as a team. As soon as a table left they got it ready right away for the next customers. The managers pitched in with their team. And the food was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. We were very eager to come try this boulder location, it did not disappoint. The sweet potato is reasonably to come all on its own. We also had the agua chile, the coconut ceviche which is what dreams are made from, the pork and ribeye tacos.

My only critique is that tequila list is not made to be read in a dilly lit restaurant 😆“

“Went in a group of 6. Food is plated with family style serving in mind.

Service was spectacular. Team effort in food delivery, kids and adults beverage refills, table clearing, answering general questions. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about their wine curation.

Pricing for food is fair, flavor profiles well balanced (ordered two pizzas, lasagna, foccacia, chicken, potatoes, donuts - all well executed).

The location is a little odd in the middle of a midrise apt complex, but don’t let that put you off. Well worth a stop.“

“Friendly feel and huge portions of authentic, organic tasting food! The omelette was delicious with plenty of potatoes and your choice of a full pancake or toast! Even got a blueberry pancake at no extra charge! The parking lot is always full and it’s hard to find the first time! It’s back in the South west corner of the strip area. “We ordered takeout and got the chicken shawarma, falafel, and baklava.
It was all pretty good and tasted fresh, I especially liked the falafel.
But it felt a bit pricey, especially the falafel and the baklava. The baklava was delicious but very tiny for the $5 I paid“

“Visited Boulder Cork for our anniversary and had the most wonderful experience! All of the staff were so friendly and kind, our food was delicious, and drinks were tasty. Their dinner happy hour menu has great prices and really good options. The prime rib was delectable and the fish & chips were fried to perfection. Mud pie for dessert was incredible as well! “I have not ordered from this place before, but I definitely will be from now on. the Chicken Dumplings 8 Pieces were delicious. the Kung Pao Chicken was so yummy with the best freshly cooked vegetables added. The spice level was perfect. The Beef with Broccoli was outstanding. There was such a great ratio of veggies to beef. The rice was perfectly cooked. I am so pleased!!!“

“Delicious food at VERY affordable prices. Portions are as large as typical Mexican Restaurants. The variety salsa bar inside allows you to add the spice level you like which is our preference. If you order through drive thru, ask for the salsa heat you like.“
