“They did not have the espresso that was supposed to be in our coffee but the barista made up for this with fastidious problem solving and friendliness.

“I usually go to the Starbucks at Hampden and Tower in zip code area 80013. I've gone to Starbucks for the last 30 years every single day. Customer service here was awesome. My drink was awesome and I loved loved loved the layout of the store. So much room and the leather golden colored chairs truly looks so comfortable. I like how they put each employees picture up on the board to recognize and appreciate such a wonderful staff. I will definitely be back just to hang out and enjoy the great customer service. Lynn“
“Polite and courteous service. Ordered some green tea double sweet and it came just barely sweet, but I also realize that's the standard in this part of the country, so I have to cut them some slack. The attendant said the oven was broken so I couldn't get any actual food, which is what I came to get, which was somewhat annoying. But the attendant nonetheless did their best with what they had.“

“I was there last night with a friend and it was very quiet in Starbucks. Very nice fir a change. The workers were busy making everything in the store well stocked and looking very holiday fir the morning crew. They all talked with us and the atmosphere was amazing. I've always loved this location but it made me really appreciate all the wonderful team work your workers showed each other. They too were enjoying the down time, but kept busy cleaning and stocking..we will go back again soon. Loved all the holiday stuff!! Need to go back and buy some!!“
