“Outstanding service and great food! We stopped on our way back to Houston from Colorado with a party of 9 and so glad we did. Everything we ate was great. My mother had the green chilaquiles and I had the huevos rancheros with flour tortillas. The red sauce on the huevos rancheros were of a unique NM flavor.“

“We got a dozen hot and med they were great. I have to go get more since everybody at work ate them all (commute to springs). Restaurant Les in springs just don’t compare to the Mexican in P-town.

“What's not to like at a local authentic Mexican restaurant?! We enjoy grabbing a carne asada burrito & large horchata to go on days I don't want to cook, or I just have a craving. It's quick, better than fast food & they have a drive thru. Plus, you get a lot of food, I can't finish a burrito in one sitting.“

“My family has been eating here since 1992. Simply the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had and consistently so. My wife and and I have been living in Virginia for two years - and truly missed Martinez food. So when we came back this week on vacation, we drove 90 miles from Salida to eat there. Worth every mile!“

“My husband and I went here to dine for the first time but ended up having to make our order to-go because I was dealing with vertigo. The waitress we had still took care of us while we waited, and it was much appreciated! She says she's new and still learning but her performance was awesome. We'll be back!!“

“This is my son-in-law's favorite restaurant for breakfast, so whenever we come to visit our daughter, we have breakfast here at least once. The food is always great and the staff has been very kind and accommodating. It's not luxurious, so I only gave them 4 stars on atmosphere, but it's still comfortable. Portions are adequate and prices are reasonable.“

“This place is a Pueblo hotspot! Naturally if was packed. Delish green chile, and various Mexican dishes. They even serve spagetti! Highly recommended and the owner comes over to say hello. Rare in these days. Going back next time I visit beautiful Pueblo.“

“My husband & I went to el nopal for the first time for their show in July and we had a great time! The food was really good - it wasn't greasy at all. The drinks were great as well. The shows they put on are awesome for a night out :) I would definitely recommend going LOL. Shoutout to the owners for doing all they do to provide entertainment and keep the restaurant going like they do. Keep it up!“

“currently sitting here for over half hour waiting for my pick up order, they gave away to someone else. They refuse to take money off the ticket, the owners son who is the manager is very rude and told me not to come back, bc I explained I need the food for my elderly grandmother who is on hospice, his response, so is mine! update: The food waa free, but very cold. I am so disappointed. My family has come here forever, don't know if we will be back.“

“Me and my husband went to grab some lunch. We both were wanting different things to eat, so we came to mauro’s since they offer something for everyone. They have American and Mexican food. From pastas, pizza, to tacos and enchiladas. Literally many options. I got the enchiladas tejanas with chorizo. It also came with beans and potatoes. I was so hungry I cleaned up all my plate and forgot to snap a picture. I wish I would have because not only was it all delicious, it was very appealing to the eye. Nice big portion size as well. Customer service was also great. Very friendly and clean atmosphere.“

“My server (never seen her before) I think they have new staff which is very welcome because I’ve had some not so great experiences with the servers previously. I’ll definitely be back if the improvements continue :). The food is great. I had the shrink cocktail and some pozole. My sister had the buffet. Great options and affordable. We will be back.
