“This was our 3rd time at Gabriel's. Clearly one of the best restaurants in the Castle Rock area. The food, ambience, etc. is all top notch and I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions, a great meal out or even for the bistro with live music!“

“We enjoyed a surprise 70th birthday party for my husband with our dearest friends.It couldn't have been more perfect. He was surprised and we were all given a complimentary glass of champagne and our server was willing to capture the moment for us on our phone.Our server, Vic was exceptional. Attentive but didn't hover and seems to enjoy his job. We have never had a bad experience at Seasons 52, which is why it remains one of our two favorite places for a fun happy hour or a wonderful dinner. The sea bass is delish as is the roasted tomato flatbread. “Great vegan restaurant! Not the best Indian food I've had, but pretty darn tasty. I love the variety of options and that you can make your own dish. The chutney and garlic Naan are delicious. It's a super casual atmosphere and the service is excellent. Great place for lunch or dinner.“

“We had so much fun. So much care and thought went into designing the space, menu and experience. This is about eating good good and spending time together playing on it their 600+ games. I loved that our reservation was for 2.5 hours. There was not rush and the service was great. Our kids loved it but this would also be an amazing date location.“

“This was my second time going to Sierra. I remember I enjoyed this place the first time after I had a second incredible experience. The staff is very tentative and friendly. I sat in the bar area for lunch on a Friday and it was not very crowded around the bar. The decor is sleek and the views are cool in their own way (not a view of the mountains). I started with the Ahi Tuna Crisps - Sushi Grade Tuna, topped with jalepeno slice on a blanket of guac that sat on top a crispy tortilla chip. SO GOOD! Next, was the Mini Chili Relleno - A crispy egg roll type of wrapping with cheese and relleno peppers inside. Crispy and gooey with some heat! SO GOOD! Ceasar Salad with Chicken - It was pretty good - Nothing too special about it. The chicken on top came out hot and I would have preferred the chicken cold instead of on top of cold lettuce. Ceasar dressing was okay. Finally, The RIbs! Wow! These things were so good! They were recommended by one of the bar tenders and she was not lying! She told me that they marinade them for 48 hours! Whatever they did to them they turned out amazing. I was pretty full so I took the other half home...Just ate it for dinner (warmed up in the airfryer). Almost better the second time! Get these things! Wait! I forgot....The cornbread with the ribs......PHENOMENAL!! Go check this place out, its a great spot!“

“Came here again for dinner with my boys. We saw the owner again. Super nice and friendly as well as his staff. My boys ordered a sushi roll from their 'specials' menu as an appetizer. We also ordered calamari and shrimp tempura too to start. All were very delicious! The owner asked us if we would be the first to taste test his spicy miso ramen. It was fabulous! We loved the flavor of the broth and the charred chasu in the ramen. Definitely hope that he incorporates ramen into his menu in the near future! We ordered many other sushi rolls and it came out so beautifully as always. So delicious we finished it all. Thank goodness we all came on an empty stomach! The hot wings were freshly made with a surprisingly ? perfect spice if you have any acid reflex (you should be able to handle it just fine). 3. “I come at least once a week to Vibe Foods for their delicious bowls and smoothies. They are always so friendly. Today, I went in and the nice lady who took my order noticed I had a hoarse voice from a cold. She gave me some bone broth with the bowl I ordered which was so kind! The bone broth was delicious and I do feel better after drinking it. It’s rare to get good customer service anymore and at Vibe Foods, they always are so friendly and go above and beyond to give great service. Thank you!“

“I love Cheese Burgers, they are literally my favorite food. Crave Burgers is one of my favorite restaurants in Colorado. My favorite time I went I ordered my original favorite the Love Stinks, the waiter recommended the Dim Sun Daffy, and I was like a duck burger that is blasphemous! The waiter said if you don’t like it I’ll pay and bring you the love stinks no questions ask, I said deal. Long story short I have a new favorite.“

“We're regulars at this place. The food is consistently great. The service is always awesome. Carri, our server, was exceptional. She anticipated every need and was wonderful with our kids. There is also another server that kind of looks like a young George Lucas. He's awesome as well.We recommend the fried chicken dinner, the pulled pork sandwich, Korean bimbimbap, and the fried chicken sandwich. You can't go wrong with anything here. “It is indeed a hidden gem. We were just driving by last night and found about this restaurant. We tried the kababs, bhindi masala and naan. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. Turned out that we knew the owner from one of the restaurants that she ran in the past, and she is one of the nicest persons ever. She sat down with us and talked to us like her own family members and it felt like we are eating in our own home. No other Indian Restaurant can beat that experience here in Colorado.
