“Very nice fancy restaurant. Signature dishes were great, specifically the Elk, and the desserts like the donuts were amazing, but most of the non-signature dishes were so-so.

It is a very pricy restaurant, so be prepared to spend (but you’re in Aspen so that should be expected).

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. “Cache Cache by Name but is no secret it’s one of Aspens Best for nearly 40 years and deserves to be front of Aspen fine dining Scene.

The menu is tried and tested over the decades and there are many favourites dishes that I look forward to going back to.

In the mains the Lamb rack is a must, as is the Osso Bucca and the Pork Cutlet is Huge

I had the special of the day a prawn shrimp Rissottol and having travelled the world I thought it was the best seafood risotto I have ever had and would beat anything I have had in France or Italy. Exquisite as we told Jody the owner who is always there to welcome guests.

The wine list is one of the best in Aspen with amazing wines that are from around the world. I am always happy to treat my self to an old French under the guidance of the expert sommelier Alexandre who has true knowledge of the wines that are in the wine list.

In for a Penny In for a pound when in Aspen but Cache Cache allows you to leave with a memorable experience.

“A group of friends and I had dinner here back in November 2023 and I have to say the food here was absolutely spectacular. I've been to several other restaurants in both Aspen and Vail and when it comes down to quality, freshness, and taste, Meat & Cheese is at the top of the list. Some of my favorites on the menu were the steak board, the espresso martinis, and the Vietnamese coffee crème brûlée.“

“As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.“

Just wrapped up an amazing week at Triple Creek Ranch in Snowmass, and gotta say, Ash and Amy from A-Squared Private Chefs really made it special. They cooked up a fantastic mix of meals for us—BBQ ribs, Thai noodles, pastas, and some seriously good breakfasts. The food was delicious, and they were super professional and friendly. We had the scallops which were perfectly cooked and paired with smooth sweet potato puree and tender carrots, a burger, again, perfectly cooked, a wedge salad with shrimp and a pho bowl. “The food is off the charts and for the first time we had the artichoke heart bruschetta and it was to die for! My husband's daughter's favorite dish is the lasagna but I have never had it until our guest brought some back to our home so when they left I tried it and no question the best I have ever had!! Very smooth melts in your mouth is the only way I know how to describe it!“

“One of the best steakhouses I’ve ever been to. Steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Appetizers were all perfect. I only wish they had more locations so I could visit.
