“The Pina Loca dish tasted straight out of Mexico and enough for two people. It was delicious. The margaritas were very generous and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The menu is extensive with lots of dishes not seen at your typical Mexican restaurant.“

“The beef taco was perhaps the best I've ever had (whereas normally I'd say the best is a cabeza taco commonly found at food trucks in Mexico or LA). The raw tuna tostada was likewise the best tostada I've ever had.

My only gripe is that there were no spicy hot things we had. Chile oil was clearly used on the sweet potato dish, but it was pretty mild.

Even so, everything was absolutely delicious and well worth the splurge. We'll be back for sure.“

“We made reservations due to the size of the party. We had a wonderful server who was attentive and helpful with the menu. The food was really good. We all had different plates and everyone enjoyed the food. Good selection of wine, and the watermelon martini was delicious.

The patio is where you want to be—great vibes, friendly service, and a perfect spot for warm evenings. You can order Choza items inside 3 Margaritas, but the full experience is definitely out on the patio.

“I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Morning Glory Cafe. A week ago, I made a reservation for a group of 11 people, and when we arrived, the table was perfectly set and ready for us. However, after we placed our orders, we waited over an hour and a half without receiving any food. This was brought to the attention of the staff, and understandably, frustration began to build on our end. Fortunately, the manager, Adolfo, addressed the situation beautifully. He sincerely apologized for the delay and explained that there had been a miscommunication regarding our order, which led to a significant mistake. To make amends, they comped our meals, which was greatly appreciated. Our waitress, Helen, was also very sincere in her apology. In a time when many establishments struggle to admit their errors, Morning Glory Cafe stood out by acknowledging their mistake and taking responsibility. We truly love this restaurant and deeply appreciate its integrity. I will always recommend Morning Glory Cafe to others! Thank you, Adolfo and Helen, for resolving this situation so effectively. “If I worked at a restaurant and a customer asked for an extra side of marinara to bring home with my leftover pizza I would give it to them, but I would be secretly a little worried that it would be wasted. This happened at Basta when I went there last week and if any of the staff is reading this, be at ease, I just drank it strait, it’s that good. Personally I believe that sauce is always the differentiator for pizza and theirs is A+.“

“Caught them while in Brighton. Price was about restaurant pricing but the fish and chips were better than what we've found around town. Nice sized fillets and the fries were seasoned perfectly. Dropped the tailgate and enjoyed. Look forward to getting a bite next time they're here.“

The chef often comes out to greet customers and his recipe for the orange chicken is too yummy for. Sweet, crispy and infused with orange peels.
