“My daughter, her boyfriend, and I had the pleasure of dining here recently for the first time, and from start to finish, everything was exceptional. There wasn't a single dish we ordered that we didn’t love. The meats were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the sides were absolutely delicious, each one complemented the meal perfectly. The cucumber salad was my favorite and both my daughter and her boyfriend ordered the Mac and cheese and it was the topic of conversation at our table. They loved it!!!!

The service was warm and attentive. The atmosphere was just as enjoyable welcoming, relaxed, and well-suited for a great evening out.

We left completely satisfied and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!“

“We had the most outstanding dinner tonight. Everything was on point from the atmosphere, to the food and beverage selection. Our server, Bri, was so welcoming and gave us some of the best recommendations for mezcal, cocktails and which tapas to order.
We got the Corn Sour and Colada- both highly recommend. There are so many mezcals to choose from but the two we got were different enough from each other and were both so smooth (see photos).
We started with the tostada de toro, their dry aged tuna was melt in your mouth decadent and the whole tostada was so flavorful. They display their dry aged tuna on the wall and it really added to the aesthetic of their open kitchen.
The second dish was the burrita de chicharrón- the most delicious pork burrito with homemade flour tortilla I’ve ever had with a flavorful salsa on the side.
Third was the costillal de res, a bowl of braised short rib, black beans and chilled with a side of corn masa tortillas. I don’t even know what to say it was the best taco situation I’ve had in a long time.
We wanted to try one more thing and had the tlacato de pato- a slightly spicy duck dish. So tender and filling. I had some corn tortillas left and made a taco out of that, perfection.
They don’t openly have a dessert menu but there is one thing they serve and it’s a surprise- the most delicious one ever so go check out this restaurant and try it all!!

“Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! Definitely creative. The drinks were phenomenal as well. Our favorites were the Hamachi, the off the menu salmon, tartare, the mushroom Ramen soup and the foie gras. ❤️“

“Delicious food and the best caipirinha! The picanha steak was tender and tasty and cooked to our medium rare perfection. The 3 pastel appetizers were all wonderful- we split a ham and cheese one, a ground beef one and a heart of palm and cheese one among the two of us and each one was unique and delicious. We split a well prepared flan for dessert.“

“Fantastic spot with a beer for every palate—the vibe is awesome, and the service is top-shelf. Brooklyn was kind and made our visit exceptional. Before my wife and I stopped in, we read the reviews (we always do) and noticed a lone one-star complaint accusing her of being disrespectful and “fat-shaming” a family. After meeting Brooklyn, I can’t imagine her acting that way. There’s even a sign by the register that says “All are welcome,” no matter your race, orientation, etc. Don’t let that review fool you. Brooklyn is awesome and the place is amazing. 🍻“

Asking what tip you'd like to leave is kind of odd as well- I'd suggest letting customers determine on the POS or running a paper option. Space feels okay but the industrial style stools are not it.“

“The service was great. Shaina was knowledgeable and had suggestions and accommodations for those with nut allergies, lactose intolerance, and vegetarians all of which were in our party.
The horchata was a 11/10!! it was not like Horchata I’ve ever had. It was made with coconut milk or cream and toasted coconut on top. The second one we got had rum in it and we should not have done that. It’s way better without the rum.

Coconut rice 7/10
Tomato & avocado salad-6/10. The tomatoes themselves were perfectly ripe and delicious. The avocado purée was lacking

We were cruising along great, and then the entrées came. Four of us ordered the picanha with the chimichurri sauce. And all four of us were highly disappointed. I would give it a 3/10. The french fries that came with it 9/10. Garlic aioli-6/10 tasted too much like mayonnaise

The picanha 1/10. It was so grisly and hard to cut and hard too chew, that after sawing off three bites I was too frustrated and disappointed to eat anymore. For $50, this should have been at least a 7/10.
I would go back for the horchata and apps and shareable, but not for the entrees.“

“We were in town to visit family and to see the Cubs. Service at the Rally is phenomenal, particularly Christy. She saw to our every need, from early check-in to late check-out. She even found us distilled water. The hotel is perfectly sited for going to a ballgame and is within close walking distance to several excellent restaurants. It also has a beautiful rooftop swimming pool and bar.“

I also appreciate the display that shows how much is left in each keg so you have a good idea what you can actually order. I think it’s awesome the have such a great relationship with Outlaw Wings next door. “Haven’t been back here since 2016. We usually just go to breweries one time. But I am part of a DnD campaign and we like to rotate breweries. We were here on 8/24/25. Got here about 1145 and I want to think I was the first customer they had that day. They open at 11am. They did get busier throughout the afternoon. There was 7 of us so we took up a couple of tables. They have a smaller patio. They are dog friendly. This day they were out of both of their Pilsners which I was a little bummed. Lots of IPAs on tap. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is great. Will definitely be back sooner than later. Cheers!“

Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“Nice little restaurant, there’s a bar and giant TVs with sports playing but not so loud that you can’t have a nice family dinner. Appetizer of fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were really good, especially the tomato dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Entrees were good (we had the burger and pork belly sandwich). Disappointing S’mores dessert. There’s a separate outdoor area that is pet friendly. They put a jug of fresh cold water in the table, you can buy the jugs filled with beer if you are a beer enthusiast, but wished they sold the jugs empty!“
